Things to do in Gyeonggi Children's Museum

Booked this tour to go with my family (with 2 elderly and 1 kid) - they all have a fantastic time ! Our tour guide Sally Park is very helpful, enthusiastic and shares a lot of interesting facts about Suwon and Korean history ! Sally is very fluent in Chinese and that’s really helpful for my parents to understand. The tour schedule is well-planned and comfortably paced. The activities are very family-friendly and good to learn about Korean culture. We also love that we get to visit a traditional market to get some local food and snacks before we head back to Seoul !

The driver was very responsible, the seats were comfortable and spacious, and we arrived safely. Since we were the only family that day, with no other guests, we were able to leave earlier or later, or continue playing as we wished.

These days, I’ve been going through a difficult time. I felt like I couldn’t find my way, so I decided to go somewhere I could feel comfortable and clear my mind. First, we went to Bongeunsa Temple. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I learned how to pray to Buddha, and I even did three bows I felt like I was letting go of all the bad things I had been holding onto. It was really good for clearing my mind. After that, we went to Just Be Temple in Hongdae. It was very hip and modern, so I thought it was a place for young people. We did three types of meditation: breathing, walking, and listening. It helped me calm down and clear my mind. I also had a chance to talk with a monk. I told her about my worries, and she just listened and smiled. She also gave me some tea. I felt much lighter after talking about everything. I really appreciate our guide, too. He was very kind and helped me a lot. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.
