Things to do in Hwadam Botanical Garden

The driver's Korean-style English was so funny! I finally made it to Hwadam Botanic Garden, which I'd been longing to visit, and picking strawberries was so much fun. The driver asked us how to say "strawberry" in Cantonese, and when we told him "si do bei lei," his reaction was priceless – he looked completely stunned! 😂

Kim is early and his service was great! We spent about 2 hours at the forest include having lunch in the restaurant. Ended the tour and reached Myeongdong around 2pm.

Had such a lovely experience at Hwadamsup 🌸 and Strawberry Picking 🍓 ✨ It was a bit tiring walking up the hill at Hwadamsup, but the beautiful flowers and peaceful surroundings made it all worth it — truly the highlight of the trip. We walked up to enjoy the stunning views, then took the cable car back down just for the experience 🚡 My son was so happy picking strawberries too 🍓🥰 A big thank you to our tour guide Alvin — he’s bilingual and speaks Chinese, English, and Korean so well! He was very informative and made the whole tour even more enjoyable. Also, a shoutout to our friendly driver, thank you for your warmth and making my son smile with a sweet little gift 🫰 Highly recommend this trip to anyone planning to visit Seoul 🇰🇷💖

Our tour to the Korean Folk Village, Hwaseong Fortress, and the Jebudo Cable Car was a truly memorable experience. The highlight of the trip was the Korean Folk Village, where we were immersed in traditional Korean culture through its well-presed houses, lively performances, and authentic atmosphere. It felt like stepping back in time and was both educational and enjoyable. Walking along Hwaseong Fortress was also a great experience, offering scenic views and a deeper appreciation of Korea’s rich history. The Jebudo Cable Car added a relaxing and picturesque touch to the tour, with beautiful coastal views. Overall, the tour was well-organized, enjoyable, and highly recommended for those wanting a meaningful cultural experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I could have easily spent the whole day at the Korean Folk Village. It was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this tour. Our driver, Bruce, was very courteous and polite and got us everywhere safely and back again. Thank you so much!

Had a very nice experience, went in early April and manage to capture early foliage of sakura, not much but guess what, we found something more beautiful which is daffodils and azaleas!

Would of been nice to see the cherry blossoms. Plenty of time to easily complete a lap. Strawberrys were succulent.

First time in Hwadamsup. The experience was amazing! Scenery was great. Thanks to our guide Joe who is very funny and cheerful. The last activity which isbstrawberry picking was so amazing. We drink strawberry puree and eachvpick 500g of strawberries.
