We had such a great experience with our guide Roy! He suggested leaving early in the morning for Lempuyang Temple to avoid the heavy traffic, and it was the best advice — we arrived smoothly and got our turn for photos without waiting too long. Roy wasn’t just a driver, he also became our photographer, and his skills behind the camera were amazing. The whole trip felt easy, well‑planned, and enjoyable. We highly recommend Junior for this tour! He is so nice and shares a lot of local knowledge of Bali. He drove us safely the entire day and took us to the best local spot in Ubud for lunch (Babi Guling Pande Egi). That was the best meal in Bali! He answered all our questions and gave us other excellent recommendations for things we enjoy. The coffee tour and Lempuyang temple were our other favorite stops. The queue for Lempuyang Gate of Heaven is over 2 hours long. We chose not to wait and still got fantastic photos! Thank you Junior!

We had a wonderful tour visiting Monkey Forest, the Coffee Plantation, the Temple, and the Jungle Swing. The waterfall was actually included in the itinerary as well, but unfortunately it started raining towards the end of our tour so we decided not to visit it. Nevertheless, everything went very well. Special thanks to our tour guide, Adi Setiawan, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting information with us throughout the trip. A big thumbs up to him!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Herman as my Klook guide — truly 100 out of 100! From beginning to end, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He is extremely patient, kind, and professional, and he never once made me feel rushed. When exploring different places, he allows you to take all the time you need to fully enjoy the surroundings, take photos, and soak in the experience at your own pace. Herman is truly a gentleman — respectful, reliable, and thoughtful in every way. He also took amazing photos of me, which I really appreciated! He’s knowledgeable and well-informed about the places we visited, and he answers every question with confidence and detail. On top of that, he’s funny and easy to talk to. We had wonderful conversations, and I genuinely enjoyed his company. If you’re thinking about booking a tour, don’t hesitate.. He is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend him!

I had an amazing 12-hour trip in Bali with Eka as my guide. He was attentive and caring throughout the day, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the rice terraces and coffee plantation to the jungle swing, waterfall, and a lovely lunch, everything was well arranged. Visiting Tirta Gangga and finally the Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple was unforgettable, and Eka’s thoughtful guidance made it even more special. His warmth and professionalism turned a long day into one of my a memorable experiences in Bali.

We had an amazing 5-day experience in Bali, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Andre. From day one, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about Bali’s culture, history, and hidden gems. Andre planned our days smoothly, always making sure we were comfortable, on time, and enjoying every stop without feeling rushed. He was flexible with our plans, gave great recommendations for food and spots, and was always happy to help—whether it was taking photos, adjusting the itinerary, or sharing local insights. What really stood out was his warm personality and genuine care for us throughout the trip. He made us feel safe and well taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy Bali without any stress. We took a 3 day bali package with Klook. Our Guide Putu Deo is an amazing Balinese Local who knew in and out of the island. He was our guide, photographer, driver, Google map (literally our shadow for 3 days). Deo helped us cover all major attractions of Bali in 3 days in perfect pace. His alignments with the local vendors and tourist spots' employees made our trip even more enjoyable. To summarize we strongly recommend the 3 day bali trip with Klook and ask for Mr. Putu Deo as your guide. (Note: For the Mt. Batur jeep trekking, ask for Driver named Kitti aka Dollar).

The operator unfortunately had to reschedule our tour due to an emergency with their staff. They got really lucky because we got to move our itinerary around otherwise this would’ve been a terrible experience for everyone. Anyway, Yudha our driver and drone operator was amazing. He was very friendly and took lots of great photos. I haven’t been able to see them all yet since I am still traveling but he said he’ll keep the google drive for a month so I can download all the media once I’m home. He also provided options when he learned that we’ve been to one of the destinations included in the day tour already. All in all, it was a great day. Thank you, Yudha.
