very happy with the tour. I highly highly hiiiighly recommend it. 2 hours in hallstatt and 3 hrs in Salzburg, and no stress with commuting or DIY-ing. super easy to book. plus our tour guide Priscila was so kind! ☺️

Our day trip to Hallstatt was unforgettable, thanks to Klook's itinerary. From the meeting time and location (Opera House, 7 AM), the guide's explanations were incredibly clear and easy for a layperson to understand, covering the history of Hallstatt, the history and formation of the salt mines, and the story of the Habsburg dynasty. Once we arrived, the guide led us on a tour of the town, patiently reminding everyone of the meeting times and important details, which gave me the fresh feeling of going on a field trip as a child. Thank you again! Of course, the scenery in Hallstatt is also breathtakingly beautiful. I'm so glad I joined this tour, and I highly recommend it!

Even when things could easily get stressful on a long day, you stayed in control and helped us enjoy every moment at a comfortable pace. Your driving also deserves special praise. You handled the route confidently and safely, and the entire group felt at ease in the car. Especially for travelers who may not know the roads or the cities well. Mario was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough in giving us a detailed history of Sisi and her life. Mario has spent a tremendous amount of time answering all our questions because we found it so interesting to hear about Sisi s life that did somewhat relate back to Princess Diana s death. Mario spent the whole 3 hours from beginning to end and brought us through Sisi museum the Hofburg Palace and lastly the garden. very informative and interesting entertaining all 4 of us tourists. We will all book tour again.

It was good. But the last bus ends early, 5pm. So technically its not really a 24hr hop on hop off. We were only able to do the red line for the day.

The Schönbrunn Panorama Train city tour ticket was great. I thought I only needed to show the mobile QR code, but you have to exchange it for a physical ticket. Just show your QR code to the agents, similar to a Hop-on Hop-off service, and they will scan it and print out receipt QR codes for the number of people in your party. We also passed by the palace and cafes while on the train.
