Meeting point just opposite Vienna Opera House . We booked the 10.30am shuttle bus, but allowed to board earlier at 9.30am since the bus still with a few seats left. It took about 50 minutes from city centre but the bus was quite comfortable. We were able to claim and use the €5 F&B voucher with any issue. Overall great experience.

Didn't expect to see so many brands, it's very easy to navigate. Although it was quite crowded, overall I'm very satisfied. My only complaint is the air conditioning wasn't strong enough, especially considering it's a European location.

Be careful. Remember to ask for a return ticket on the way back. The driver cannot speak English and will not let you get on the bus. Remember to insist on it.

On the return trip, the driver said that he didn’t have a machine to scan the QR code and he didn’t let us get on the bus. == Moreover, the driver didn’t speak English and kept talking to each other. He didn’t let us get on the bus. Later, we insisted that we had bought tickets and took the wrong bus.
