The tour guide relied too heavily on WeChat communication. When leading the tour through the town, she only focused on moving forward and didn't wait for everyone to gather before providing information, which meant she only informed those who were closely following her. Important information wasn't provided in advance on the bus when everyone was together. After touring the town, when I asked about restrooms, she said it was mentioned on WeChat multiple times, but I was in the back and didn't hear it. I felt the tour guide was unprofessional and didn't ensure everyone received the information (I joined another tour two days later with the same guide and it was slightly improved). Taking photos of the swans from the bridge is the most beautiful, so it's worth taking the time to wait for the best spot. Neuschwanstein Castle is worth visiting, although photos aren't allowed in some parts, there's a balcony where you can photograph the surrounding scenery. You can also see another castle while walking down the mountain.

More than enough time to explore the area. I opted to not buy the tickets and enjoyed the view from the outside. Comfortable bus ride. Arrive early to secure your seating on the bus as it fills up very quickly. Everyone was early and the bus filled up and we left 15 mins earlier than the scheduled timeframe. Free toilets near the entrance of both castles otherwise mainly paid toilets.

The trip to Königssee was superb, and the tour guide was excellent. Highly recommend purchasing the ferry ticket!

I booked this particular tour with Klook because the other tour option had a meet up location that I wasn’t familiar with. For a little bit more $ we were able to see 3 locations and the meet up location was a 10 minute walk from our hotel. Upon showing up to the buses found out that this particular tour with Klook is actually on the VIP bus! The tour guide said the other buses had double the amount of people and more seats so less leg room. Our tour had maybe 20 people. There’s a whole snack table in the bus and the driver made coffee for everyone! They had a variety of packaged snacks, Bavarian pretzels, fruit, and water. Our tour guide Ursula was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! She walks so fast! She had lots of great tips and showed us great spots to get awesome photos. Wish we had more time at Oberammergau. Our guide and driver had a nice Bavarian treat ready for us after the last part of our tour (don’t want to spoil it for people). Was an awesome tour - worth the time and $!

Our guide Malina is amazing, managing perfectly with a large group of 75 ppl, very clear on whereto go when to meet up with detail history sharing about the locations. The weather was strange with sunny windy and rainy at the zame time, so it was cold, but it's still nice to ealk through the little town and have a meal there. It is worth to pay 10eur for guided tour in Harburg, it shows places which only group tour can see.

A very good experience! VIP flight can sit in the front row of the bus, and the bus is a Benz. As soon as you get on the bus, there are a lot of snacks and free drinks, including water, soda and wine, which is great! It just so happened that one of the halls of Linderhof Palace was being cleaned. Seeing the staff carefully using brushes and special cleaning tools was also an experience :) I didn't expect it to be cleaned so carefully! The long-haired male guide Pedero is very nice! Neuschwanstein Castle originally had a slightly sad legend!

It was an enjoyable trip to Salzburg. We saw beautiful scenery and ate tasty food. We were lucky to have Lucia of Radius Tours as the guide with us. She is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Recommend.

Salzburg is beautiful, seeing birthplace of MoZart and where scenes of Sound of Music were filmed, just perhaps a bit too touristy with crowds galore on a Saturday. The Wolfgangsee Lake tour makes up the price of package - listening to songs of Sound of Music while you travel through the lake in 45 minutes.
