Guizhou

This is the third time we've chosen KLOOK to arrange our family vacation, and this time we came to the beautiful Xingyi, Guizhou. The itinerary was very rich, including famous local attractions like Wanfenglin (Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks), Maling River Canyon, and Wanfeng Lake, as well as cave exploration that the kids enjoyed. We even got to experience digging for fossils. Although the weather wasn't always perfect and we unfortunately couldn't go paddleboarding, the overall trip experience was as good as ever. The staff in the group chat were very considerate, helping us adjust the plan since we were traveling with seniors, and actively responded to our needs, continuously optimizing the itinerary. Our driver, Master Wang Zhongjun, was very professional, drove smoothly, prepared fruits and snacks, and was always eager to meet our requests. Thanks to Master Wang's thoughtful service, our family had a wonderful May Day holiday. Guizhou is beautiful, and we look forward to visiting again next time!

You weren't just our driver; you were our most engaging "live map" and "tour guide" throughout the journey, showing us beautiful scenery, helping us taste authentic local cuisine, and sharing local customs and culture that made this trip exceptionally warm and memorable. We also appreciate the meticulous planning by the entire Klook team; every detail made us feel well cared for. The wonderful memories from this trip wouldn't have been possible without everyone's efforts. We will definitely choose you again if we have the opportunity, and we will highly recommend you to our friends!

Is a long ride to get there, the waterfalls and view real refreshing. The recomeded sequence is first visit 徒坡塘 then 天星桥 and finally Grand waterfall (where water curtain cave required reservation for entry). Lady guide is helpful and caring besides her story of the visit and her hometown 安顺...our great appreciation to the guide and driver to bring us safely to assembly point.

Tour guide was young but quite knowledgeable. Trip went smoothly and enjoyed the nice sceneries the Miao village.

A very long journey (about 4 hour one way) to get there and back....thanks to driver for his skill and alertness. The guide is knowledgeable with good explaination of the itineraries and focus of Guizhou. Unfortunately due to heavy rain and cloudy weather we will not able to complete the route (about 5 hours) proposed by the guide. The queueing time is lengthy despite reservation to go up 红云顶.

The company and driver (Mr Wang) contacted me via WeChat to confirm pickup arrangements the day prior. Pickup and transfer was smooth; we can leave the venue by 8:30pm but driver was able to accommodate our request for early return. I was provided the brief overview of the place only via WeChat in Chinese. Unfortunately the info were very vague and inaccurate. We went via West entrance and followed the recommended route but the mentioned performances 2 location didn't happen though we were there at the scheduled times. The museum was also closed. Overall, I feel this is a nice place for photo taking but not much of local experience unless you spend more time venturing into every small alley and not just staying along the main route.

​Outstanding service from start to finish. Our driver 小罗， was right on time, courteous, and drove a very clean, brand-new vehicle. His driving was safe and smooth, and he took great care of us throughout the entire day tour. If you are looking for a reliable, safe, and professional driver, look no further!

The scenic area boasts pleasant scenery, feeling like an oxygen bar in the forest with fresh air. It's a must-visit stop when traveling to Guizhou. This platform solves the hassle of purchasing tickets for residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. After placing an order on the platform, you can simply pick up your tickets at the scenic spot's service center, which is very convenient.

Guiyang Medicinal Botanical Garden is a herbal secret land in the city. Lush plants and thousands of medicinal herbs grow here. There is also a Dong-style covered bridge over the lotus pond. It is quiet and peaceful. Visitors can enjoy strolling and learn knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and Miao herbal medicine. It is well worth a visit.
