I want to say that this TRIP tour group merged with a low-end tour group from mainland China. Problems arose with the food, accommodation, and itinerary. In the end, KLOOK issued a refund because it didn't match the description. I personally think the scenery was beautiful, but everything else was not up to the expected standard.

We booked a large group tour, but it was changed to a small group closer to the departure date, with the driver also acting as the guide. The other people on the tour completely disregarded the meeting times. We waited an hour in the car just for people to show up at the Xiaoqikong scenic area, and the guide didn't even remind them to be punctual. Additionally, the hotel quality at the scenic area was very poor; the bed was incredibly itchy. When we asked the guide to help book a hotel for the last day, the price was significantly higher than what was quoted online. This tour is entirely a matter of luck.
