- 【Day 2 Dining Instructions】Due to the large number of visitors during the peak season, the ticket checking process takes a considerable amount of time. Also, all group restaurants are outside the scenic area. If lunch is included, it will reduce the sightseeing time for our visitors. Therefore, we have decided not to include lunch (or adjust for lunch or dinner based on the ticket entry time or the number of visitors on the day, as arranged by the tour guide). Visitors can bring their own dry food or experience local snacks within the scenic area.
- 【Xijiang Accommodation】(1) Guizhou is rainy, and Xijiang is located in a mountain valley, so rooms are inevitably damp. (2) All accommodations in Xijiang are folk inns, equipped with air conditioning and water heaters, but there is a gap compared to hotels of the same level in cities. Also, the number of rooms in a single inn is small, so you might be accommodated in several different inns. There are no luggage carts when entering the scenic area, so you need to carry your luggage and walk (10-20 minutes) to your hotel within the scenic area; it is recommended that you bring a light backpack or handbag when traveling to pack your luggage the day before and enter the village with light luggage. (3) Inns with views in Xijiang face the scenery on one side and the mountain on the other; room assignments are random, and a view is not guaranteed. (4) Due to Xijiang's remote location, ingredients cannot be transported in time, resulting in fewer types of dishes, and the dining standard will be lower than that of Guiyang. We appreciate your understanding.
- 【Libo Xiaoqikong】Because the Xiaoqikong scenic area is located in a canyon, heavy rain and water accumulation are prone to occur during the rainy season. If Xiaoqikong is closed due to weather conditions, the attraction will be adjusted to Dushan Tiandong Scenic Area, and a ticket price difference of 40 yuan/person will be refunded.
- 【Huangguoshu Scenic Area】(1) The Shuiliandong Scenic Area is located within the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. If it encounters rainy weather or maintenance, it may be closed or you may not be able to visit if you do not have a reservation. No additional refunds will be given, please be aware; (2) Tianxing Bridge, Doupotang, and Huangguoshu Waterfall are all within the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The tour guide may adjust the visiting order of the three scenic areas based on the actual crowd flow on the day to facilitate more reasonable staggered travel; Shuiliandong is a free small attraction included in the Huangguoshu package, but due to narrow roads and limited capacity, the scenic area implements timed and limited reservation visits. If reservations are full, you will not be able to visit (reservations cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons such as May Day, National Day, and July-August), please be aware!
- 【Fanjingshan Tickets】Due to the limited capacity of Fanjingshan Scenic Area, only 8,000 visitors are allowed per day, and tickets can only be reserved and purchased with real names three days in advance. There are two ways to visit Fanjingshan Scenic Area: (1) Take the round-trip ropeway up and down the mountain from the East Gate of Jiangko Scenic Area, with a walking time of 2 hours; (2) Walk up the mountain from the West Gate of Yinjiang for about 3 hours, then take the ropeway down to the East Gate and return. Our agency prioritizes booking East Gate tickets. If East Gate tickets are sold out, they will be changed to Yinjiang West Gate tickets. During peak tourist season, if neither East Gate nor West Gate tickets are successfully reserved, your visit will be adjusted to another scenic area (Yamugou Scenic Area). (3) In case of irresistible factors such as weather conditions, if Fanjingshan cannot be visited, the attraction will be changed to Yamugou Scenic Area.
- 【Fanjingshan Reservation】(4) Fanjingshan is the main peak of the Wuling Mountains, with a high altitude. The climate at the peak and at the foot of the mountain varies greatly throughout the year. If the scenic area is temporarily closed due to irresistible factors such as heavy rain, snowfall, freezing, or strong winds, the team will adjust the itinerary to the Yamugou Scenic Area, with no increase or decrease in fees. Please be aware! (5) According to Fanjingshan ticket purchase requirements, each ID card can only purchase tickets online once within three months. If you enter Fanjingshan a second time within three months and have already purchased tickets online for the first time, then the second ticket purchase can only be made at the scenic area ticket office. If there are no tickets available at the site, the ticket fee will be refunded, and no further compensation will be provided. (6) Due to Fanjingshan's advance reservation mechanism, if guests make their own reservations to go up the mountain, it will be considered leaving the group, and our company will not bear the consequences of leaving the group. Any losses incurred will be borne by the guests themselves.

The refund amount is the difference between the group ticket price purchased by the travel agency and the actual discounted ticket price, which will be refunded by the tour guide on site, not the listed price! - 【Other Reminders】During the itinerary, tourists are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization.
