The Fleur de Chine Hotel still maintains a certain standard in Sun Moon Lake, although there are other more expensive competitors. The hot springs and facilities are relatively good, but it feels like a training center for service personnel. The proportion of foreign staff is noticeably increasing. The meals are generous, not afraid of guests eating a lot, but the quality is hard to define and feels slightly declined compared to the past.

Overall, it's not bad, but the location is a bit remote and requires a car to get around. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, so at least there are options for food. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor; if the TV is on loudly next door, you can easily hear it.

Booking the Sun Moon Lake Hotel on Klook was super easy. Just let the staff know when you check in. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the public facilities are great, including billiards, table tennis, a basketball machine, a Switch/PS4 game room, a gym, and a kids' play area. The most convenient thing is that you can borrow bicycles directly from the hotel and access the Sun Moon Lake bike path. Super convenient! 👍 Highly recommended for families! 👍 The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and tidy. Overall, excellent value for money!

The front desk staff are all very friendly and greet you with enthusiasm. They are happy to answer questions and give recommendations for good restaurants. The view rooms are absolutely beautiful, with lake views that are enhanced by the fishing boats, adding to the beauty of Sun Moon Lake.

The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the views of Sun Moon Lake are unobstructed. The lake view rooms offer beautiful skies, making for a truly wonderful vacation! The service staff is friendly and the hotel is located right on the main street, making it quick and easy to buy Sun Moon Lake snacks and delicacies. Renting electric or regular bikes is convenient and fun, allowing you to easily explore the streets of Sun Moon Lake over and over again. It truly was a wonderful vacation!

The lakeside and mountain views at dusk, night, or sunrise are beautifully serene and relaxing. The nighttime view of the opposing Ita Thao Wharf has a unique charm. The seemingly simple yet abundant breakfast offers rich flavors and textures that are just right and delicious. It's a very comfortable place, and I would visit again if I have the opportunity.

This trip was mainly a summer vacation with the kids. The hotel is just a 17-minute drive from our planned attraction, "Luzhigu," and only 4 minutes from "Xitou National Forest Recreation Area." The hotel's recreational facilities are available until 10:30 PM, so both adults and children can have a great time. During our stay, we also encountered a classical music performance arranged by the hotel, and it was wonderful to listen to live performances by violinists and cellists for free.

The overall stay experience was very pleasant. From telephone customer service, shuttle arrangements, counter reception to restaurant staff, every service staff showed a high degree of professionalism and intimacy, making the whole journey feel safe and relaxed. What was particularly impressive was the aroma of cypress wood that hit us as soon as we entered the hotel, which made us feel the natural atmosphere and quality care, and was one of the most memorable points of this trip. However, I would also like to honestly make a small suggestion: During the holiday stay, there were many people eating breakfast, and the on-site seating arrangement and movement lines were a bit crowded, which made the meal delicious but a little difficult to enjoy. If the dining diversion or waiting instructions can be adjusted during peak hours in the future, the overall dining quality will be further improved.
