The bus arrived just in time and punctual so please remember to standby earlier, at least 15-20 minutes before. The waiting area for this WTS 9 bus was located near the front of the line that queued for Ikea bus. Traffic was clear so it took less than 20 minutes to Punggol and about half an hour to Woodlands Checkpoint. Do prompt the coach bus driver if you are heading to Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) as your planned destination before reaching Johor Bahru Checkpoint CIQ, for headcount and re-board purposes. Best to speed through in 15 minutes if possible and use the automated E-gates at both checkpoints to avoid delays, only 20 minutes given. Clean and cozy bus. Attentive and focused staff. Good experience and safe journey.

The pick-up at Changi Airport Terminal 3 is hassle-free, but once you’ve the cleared immigration, a long queue will begin. Priority isn’t given to those who bought tickets online.
