Read the 'how to use' instructions in the booking email. Prepare the booking voucher with the QR code through the email or app by Klook, to be scanned or shown to the coach bus driver. The bus arrived just in time and punctual so please remember to standby earlier, at least 15-20 minutes before. The waiting area for this WTS 9 bus was located near the front of the line that queued for Ikea bus. Traffic was clear so it took less than 20 minutes to Punggol and about half an hour to Woodlands Checkpoint. Do prompt the coach bus driver if you are heading to Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) as your planned destination before reaching Johor Bahru Checkpoint CIQ, for headcount and re-board purposes. Best to speed through in 15 minutes if possible and use the automated E-gates at both checkpoints to avoid delays, only 20 minutes given. Clean and cozy bus. Attentive and focused staff. Good experience and safe journey.

Det er en ganske god tur og pris fordi den enkelt tar deg fra Johor Bahru til Singapore Changi lufthavn. Bare vær oppmerksom på at når du passerer immigrasjonen, må du ta med all bagasjen din og deretter bære den opp igjen til skyttelbussen. Så det er litt tungvint, men det er håndterbart.

Bestilte en tur til Genting Highlands én dag i forveien. Sjåføren var veldig punktlig, turen var jevn og hyggelig, og vi hadde en hyggelig prat underveis. Takk for den flotte servicen. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

very smooth journey from pickup in singapore to drop off at legoland and vice versa. very smooth immigration as long as filled in necessary arrival cards. legoland was very beautiful to see despite most of the attractions catered to children

Reliable and convenient way to get to Desaru. Long ride but wasn't too bad. Driver and guide were friendly.

Vel, den lille forsinkelsen var ikke avgjørende, men at sjåføren så på en podkast mens han kjørte er ganske bekymringsfullt, men bortsett fra det gikk alt knirkefritt...
