I booked this bus 2 days ago, but I didn't receive any QR code or any notification until the day of boarding. Until I contacted customer service myself, the first one said it would be available in 15 minutes, the second one after 15 minutes said it would be available in 30 minutes, and the third one after 30 minutes said it would be available in 1 hour. Finally, at 13:20, I was informed that the ticket had not been issued, but my bus was at 13:30. I have to buy a new ticket on the spot and catch the bus within 10 minutes! ! !

Bus had a few stops during the journal. The bus driver never inform us that we have arrived our destination and expect the passengers to know without informing us. Also, the careless driver never check whether the passengers get off the bus before leaving. I almost fell during getting down. It was such a bad experience with this bus operator. They could ruin your happy trip with all these inconsiderate actions. Althought the price was good, but for safety reason it’s a no for me.
