Transport in Yunnan

this was hands down the best experience of our trip Cus of our driver Adong! he was humorous, reliable, honest, acted as a mini tour guide and provided exceptional service. we travelled from lijiang to shangrila and requested to stop at tiger leaping gorge. the tour company representative was happy to suggest additional stops along the way so we could maximise the experience. when we told Adong our itinerary for the next day he suggested swapping things around which was a great suggestion that saved us time and money. if you are thinking of heading the same route, would suggest that you ask the driver (request for Adong!) to bring you to Napa grassland instead of the old town (the company’s original suggestion). since you are on the road half the day, the driver really makes a difference, and I’m very thankful we got assigned to Adong!

It was very satisfying! We were happy throughout the trip because the scenery was beautiful. We were really satisfied with the past two days of the journey. The driver was very kind and allowed us to stop whenever we saw good spots for photos and videos. bestt service!
