Transport in Incheon

I used AREX to and from Incheon Airport and Seoul Station, and it was super convenient. The train arrived and left on time. A huge plus is that you can check in your bags at Seoul Station if you're flying with participating airlines like Jeju Air, Korean Air, Air Busan, and others (check first if your airline is included!). The AREX line was short, and because I had already checked in at Seoul Station, I didn't have to line up at the airport check-in counters anymore. I went straight to immigration and security. Definitely a time-saver!

easy and good experience. the driver will take note the number of baggages you put at the bottom and give you a tag so when you alight, just give the tag and they will pass your baggages to you. no confusion and no worry baggages will disappear or taken wrongly. do note that there is max 2 per person if im not wrong. smaller size, e.g. cabin baggage, driver will tell you bring up the bus with you.

Claiming our T-Money card was an incredibly quick and easy process. The pickup instructions were clear, and the counter staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.

At the airport counter, the staff member was very attentive when exchanging for the physical ticket. They first confirmed the destination, verified the bus number, printed the ticket, and pointed out the boarding location. The bus driver was friendly, asking for destinations before boarding and proactively helping with luggage. The bus announced station names, and if a passenger was getting off at a particular stop, the driver would provide an additional notification. The bus seats were spacious and comfortable, and it passed by many hotels, which was very convenient. Return timetables were posted at the city bus stops, making it easy for passengers to arrive early. Taking the airport bus is an excellent choice.

We had a great experience with our driver. Communication was excellent and he always responded quickly. He also recommended places to visit and restaurants to try which made our trip even better. Highly, highly recommended. We would definitely book with them again in the future!

The gate signage was clear, and all I had to do was redeem my pre-bought ticket to get in. Prices were cheaper than buying on the spot too, plus there were extra discounts — such a steal! The airport bus is also perfect for solo travelers like me who don't want to lug luggage around and definitely don't have the budget for a private car transfer.

Arrived at Incheon airport after midnight and met my driver at the desk. It was easy and good to have nothing to worry about with this service booked. If you’re unsure about transport after landing especially at off peak hours I would recommend this service as they take care of any hassle.

To get from the airport to Nowon Station, I purchased and used a ticket through Klook for transportation. After arriving at the airport, I went down to the basement, found the bus ticket counter, and exchanged my voucher for a ticket! It wasn't busy, so I was able to do it quickly. My seat was also assigned. The buses seem to come every 20-30 minutes, and after waiting at the bus stop for about 20 minutes, the bus arrived. The driver loaded my heavy luggage and was very friendly and helpful. The bus was practically a private charter until the next stop! The seats were quite spacious, and the driving was excellent! It was a very comfortable bus ride. It took a little less than an hour and a half to reach Nowon Station. I highly recommend this over taking the train with heavy luggage!
