You can customize your own NAMANE card with a picture of your favorite celebrity or idol. You can even keep the card as a souvenir to remind you of South Korea after your trip. - 1. I have loaded my card, but when I get on the bus and subway, it says there is no balance.
- You can use the Pay Balance by plugging in the IC chip at the offline store to reload your Transit Balance. When you taking public transportation, you can use the Transit Balance by tagging NFC.
- 2. Is there a stored value limit?
- The Pay Balance and Transit Balance of the card are both 500,000 KRW. So, that means you may top up each Balance to 500,000 KRW maximum.
- 3. What is the expiry date after purchasing QR code through Klook?
- Please issue a physical customized card (QR) within 5 years upon purchase from Klook.
- 4. What kind of company is Namane Card? Can you trust the company?
- I-Aurora Co. Ltd, which sells Namane Card, is an electronic financial business registered with the “Prepaid Electronic Payment Method Issuance and Management Business” and issues and manages prepaid cards under the management of the Financial Supervisory Service. Prepaid payments deposited by customers will be disclosed on the website in accordance with the Financial Supervisory Service’s User Fund Protection Guidelines. In addition, the customer’s prepaid recharge is guaranteed through payment guarantee insurance.
- 5. What should I do if I lose my card? What should I do with the money in it?
- You can report a lost card through "NAMANE" APP. Details please find in Namane Card Service Manual – “17 Report Lost Card”.
- 6. I couldn’t use the QR I bought because of a kiosk error.
- Please report to NAMANE HappyTalk, and the card company can fix it quickly.

i love how its personalized!!! used it all around seoul for transpo. we can still use it in the coming tours again if we want to since the expiration is pretty long. the kiosk is easy to find one our out. love it!
was pleasantly surprised to find a Namane kiosk right in the lobby of Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong where I was staying. the card is really easy to use; and I could monitor both the pay and transit balances via the app! plus the designs are super cute. I could even use it to get Gachapon souvenirs at Funny Land (beats having to buy tokens). Plus, the card is valid for a long time, so I don’t need to get refunds - just use it on the next trip!
Easy to purchase, design and collect the card via the kiosk. And to be able to top up on the app and able to use the same card to travel practically everywhere we go in Seoul is very convenient. Last plus point is that we can customise our picture on the card 👍
This is a cute way to have a memory preserved for the South Korea Trip. It was fun selecting the card design to print. The NANAME Card can be used as a transit card and easily reloaded through electronic fund transfers. Highly recommended.
Easy to use and many kiosks available for topping up value for the card. I like that you can top up using apps and it can be use for transportation and paying for my purchases. One thing to take note when using apps to top up card, the payment and transport are separated.
You'll need to download the Namane app first to design your card, then scan the design QR code, and finally scan the Klook QR code to receive the card. The card is divided into shopping/spending and transportation spending, each part can only be topped up to 500,000 won. You can pick up the card at convenience stores at the Incheon Airport exits. Check the official website to see which locations offer top-up services. Each subway or bus ride in Korea starts at 1,550 won, and an additional 100 won or more will be charged for longer distances. Using the card is quite convenient.

this was a fun way to have a keepsake that allowed us to customize according to what we each liked. just wished the picture would cover more the card. but it's still pretty as it looks like a Polaroid!
