The costume was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was a bit busy even on a Monday but the clear instructions and smooth tlow thanks to the statt made it easy. The photographer was very professional and knew lots of great photo spots. He also gave us tips on posing. We received all the photos by the end of the day which was incredibly fast and we really appreciated it.

I got lost and ended up being 15 minutes late 😭. Despite that, they finished everything carefully!! I wanted to take a profile picture, so the best part was being able to change into a suit first! I left my luggage in a locker... The hair and makeup and the photo shoot were good, but the retouching was really fun! In the end, I received the physical photos and the email data, and it was over. I want to come back next time when it's time to renew my passport!

The staffs were all helpful and kind! From make up service down to the photoshoot session. I enjoyed every bit of the time I spent while doing it. They were very patient when it comes to instructing about poses I could do to make it look better and natural. Getting Korean-style ID photos taken in Korea has always been a dream of mine, and I finally made it happen! I specifically chose a highly-rated studio, and the whole process was very professional and straightforward: First, you choose your favorite background color and retouching style. Then, the photographer guides you step by step, helping you capture the most natural and flattering expressions and poses. Finally, the retouching artist discusses the photos with you and carefully adjusts them until you're satisfied.
This time, my brother and I each had a set of ID photos and personal profile pictures taken, and we both loved the results! Before the photoshoot, we went to a nearby hair salon to get our hair permed and cut, and then we changed into new clothes we bought in Korea. The whole photoshoot experience, including the preparation process, made it feel very worthwhile and a great value for the money!

Today I had the opportunity to live my Joseon era k-drama dreams! 🥹💕 I booked this fabulous Gyeongbokgung Palace tour guide and photographer tour with the @klooktravel app and I can’t stop smiling about it.
The history, the vibes, the cool group setting, and the funny tour guides made this touristy activity anything but tacky. Most importantly, James and Jacob made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, making us laugh naturally, and I can’t wait to get my final pictures! (these are pics we got on our phones for now!)

This by far was my favorite experience! Both ladies were extremely helpful and professional!! I left like my mom was helping me get dressed. The process of putting on a hanbok is very interesting and rather exciting. I LOVED THE PHOTOGRAPHER! she’s very knowledgeable and sweet. she has your best interest at heart and checks in with you often to make sure you’re liking the pictures. I also loved that they both assisted in getting me ready for the photoshoot. Constantly adjusting little things to make everything perfect!

Was doing a solo trip and thinking why not reward myself with a photoshoot souvenir.
Found this on klook and definitely was better than what I was expected. The photographer is engaging and speak English. He would advise me on the poses that I can do, which background would be better for the shoot and suggestions to either make the photo more formal/informal.
Afterwards, he would also give his opinions on which photos are better to frame and use that for the final touch-up/print-out. The overall process was engaging and enjoyable!
Would definitely recommend everyone to give a shot!
