Good to know
- All reservation holders must arrive at the SEOULDAL location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. (e.g.) If you have a reservation for 2 Adults + 1 Child at 14:00, all 3 people must arrive on-site by 13:50. ※ If you do not arrive by the scheduled time, it will be considered a No-show, and No refund will be given. ※ If the actual number of visitors exceeds the reserved number, the extra guests will not be allowed to board.
- In case of weather conditions, flight control, or other unavoidable reasons preventing operation at the reserved time, cancellations may occur on the day of the visit.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, if the operation is interrupted while passengers are waiting to board after ticket issuance, or if an early descent occurs during boarding (where 'early descent' is defined as a flight time of less than 5 minutes), a full refund will be provided.
- If the option of the number of people (e.g. Adult/Youth/Child, etc.) differs from the actual boarding passengers, the online payment needs to be fully canceled, and the new payment must be made at the site.
- The following items are prohibited from being brought into the SEOULDAL balloon. 1)All photography equipment except mobile phones (DSLR cameras, action cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.), and any items that could fall 2)Weapons/explosives/flammable materials/sharp objects (e.g. knives, scissors), or any items that could cause harm or discomfort to others

This is a cute experience . I have booked a sunset View. It was the perfect and breathtaking golden hour view of Seoul I have witnessed in my last trip. I highly recommend this for couples, though I went by myself. lol. The safety process was explained well in different languages, which is highly. The staff was kind enough to take photos for everybody on the balloon. Even after getting down, they were happy to take photos with the balloon.
This was my second time on this balloon ride. My first time I went during the day but this time I went at night with my boyfriend and it was even more beautiful. the view is breathtaking and I definitely recommend trying this out if you can!
This was the first time we took a tethered balloon. The ground staff were helpful; making sure that we filled up the necessary documents correctly. The pilots were cheerful and made sure we were spread out evenly before taking off. My bestie and I had a very enjoyable experience and took many beautiful photos. Strongly recommend this fun activity.
I’m glad my 7years old daughter had so much fun. the weather was perfect for the day of our visit I loved the view up high the staff are all kind and friendly your safety is that their priority will be back of another time. the other side our ride was supposed to be 4pm we check in early and they let us fly before our time scheduled which is good, but it’s your choice either you want to or not.
It was scary but fun! Thank you for letting us on board, even though we were a little late. The weather was beautiful, so we had a panoramic view of the park below, the distant N Seoul Tower, and the Han River. Due to our schedule, we went during the day, but next time I'd love to experience an evening aerial stroll.
This is a must-do activity in Seoul: visiting the panoramic city views from the top are truly indescribable, especially at sunset. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Seoul, offering an unforgettable experience that beautifully captures the city's vibrant spirit!

We were late for our booked time and they still let us ride. It was cold at the top at 7pm but amazing lights all over Seoul.
I highly recommend trying it at least once! It departs every half hour, and the ride up takes about 15 minutes. You can choose the evening slot to enjoy a beautiful sunset and night view. It's pleasantly breezy at the top and not too shaky. The staff will even help you take photos.
I loved it! This is really fun and the view was amusing. I would like to try it again in my next visit probably at night when it's dark. It's really worth it and the ticket is easy to redeem. The location is easy to find as well.
