The hotel is clean and tidy, and close to Okayama Station, making it easy to travel to Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, Kojima, Uno, Takamatsu, and other stations. Most importantly, the hotel reception staff are enthusiastic and patient in resolving guest needs; the free amenities provided are plentiful.

It was a really great hotel. Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, and you can experience professional and friendly customer service. While stylish hotels are nice, I think it's also a good experience to stay at an older hotel with charm and professional staff. I also used the cafe on the first floor and the swimming pool on the fifth floor, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

It's a bit of a distance from Okayama Station, about a 10-minute walk, which is a bit inconvenient with luggage. The top floor of the hotel has a hot spring. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel to soak in the hot spring feels comfortable and eliminates fatigue. After soaking in the hot spring, there are free popsicles and Yakult available (Yakult is only available in the morning); also, the hotel provides free ramen for late-night snacks, the taste is average, and drinks include coffee, soda, green tea, etc.

Ich habe dieses Mitsui Garden Hotel Okayama über KLOOK gebucht und die Lage ist super. Es sind weniger als drei Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und es ist auch nicht zu weit zur Burg Okayama. Im zehnten Stock gibt es ein Bad, in dem man baden kann, und alles in allem ist es sehr komfortabel. Da ich auf Booking kein passendes Hotel gefunden habe, habe ich es zufällig auf KLOOK gefunden. Bei der Buchung gab es auch einen Rabatt. Ich habe es für 70 % des Originalpreises gebucht, was wirklich toll ist 👍

next to Okayama train station! ; vending machine for water at every level and coffee machine in each room! they have laundry service instead of washing machine - but it’s closed during new year holiday; air-conditioning is centrally controlled, so not as customizable as one would’ve liked; interesting that they have a shrine in the hotel! :)
