The hotel is spotless, the rooms are super comfortable and spacious, and the staff is very friendly. The price was also very convenient. This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's on the 6th and 7th floors of a shopping mall, and there's a supermarket on the first basement level where you can buy fruits, milk, and snacks. It's very close to the train station, Aeon Mall, and Takashimaya, and there are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson convenience stores nearby. It truly brings together all your shopping needs in one place. There's also a large public bath on the 7th floor. The hotel service is exceptionally good, almost to the point of being embarrassing. Staff members will even escort you to the elevator door before leaving. Every day from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you get one complimentary drink. The hotel also provides a luggage scale, which is incredibly convenient! There's even a map of recommended local eateries on the wall for guests to reference. The beds in the twin room are very large, like an extended single bed. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom is a bit small, but overall, it's a great hotel!

Situé au-dessus du bâtiment Gu de la gare d'Okayama, cet hôtel permet de déposer ses achats en chambre avant de continuer le shopping, ce qui est très pratique pour les transports et les achats. Le hall de l'hôtel dispose également d'une balance à bagages, ce qui permet de savoir combien de poids il reste pour les achats, une attention très appréciée des voyageurs.

Hotel Location: The hotel has a very good location, and the staff are very polite. Unfortunately, one day our breakfast rolls were discarded by the cleaning staff. However, the front desk helped to reissue them. The public bath facilities are good, but a bit limited. Because there are many guests, there are only 6 shower stalls, so there will be queues and it will be a bit crowded after dinner. The rooms are also clean, just like a typical business hotel.

It's super close to the station; just walk across the connecting bridge. The restaurant is on the top floor, and they offer a super luxurious breakfast. There's a taxi stand on the first floor where you can catch a cab directly. Whether you're going to the station, the shopping street across the way, the penguin shop, or the Yodobashi store behind it, everything is incredibly close, and there's even an underground passage to get there.

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé, proche de la gare d'Okayama, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers des destinations comme le quartier historique de Kurashiki, Kojima, Uno, Takamatsu, etc. Le plus important est que le personnel de la réception est chaleureux et patient pour répondre aux besoins des clients ; les articles de toilette gratuits sont abondants.

Très bonne expérience d'hébergement, l'environnement est très pratique. Nous étions au neuvième étage cette fois-ci, l'insonorisation de la chambre était excellente, le lit était ni trop mou ni trop dur, nous avons très bien dormi. Nous reviendrons la prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Okayama ! 💖
