The location is excellent, very close to Ikuta Shrine, just a 5-minute walk away. There's also a Don Quijote nearby, also very close, about a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff are very polite. There are many dining options nearby, and I struggled every night to decide what to eat. The hotel offers free coffee on the first floor, and my daughter would go down for a cup every evening before returning to our room.

Sehr schönes und großes Hotel, friedlicher und ruhiger Ort, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber es wurde ein Shuttle für die Hin- und Rückfahrt bereitgestellt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr angenehm.

The room was quite large. The hotel is not far from Sannomiya Station, and it's also quite quiet. It's about a 3-minute walk to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There's also a Sun Drug drugstore and a Hankyu Oasis supermarket next door. The price is also quite reasonable, high value for money.

The location is excellent. In addition to providing us with two double beds, they also helped add a single bed, which was more than enough for our family. The best part is the hot spring on the hotel's rooftop, and the free all-you-can-eat ramen for supper starting at 9:30 PM (it's delicious!). After soaking in the hot spring, complimentary popsicles and Yakult are provided. I highly recommend it!

first stay at Daiwa Roynet Premier in Kobe but it was a very enjoyable stay! 100% would stay here again. breakfast buffet was especially enjoyable for the stay. in a pretty good location as wel - highly recommended at the price point!

I'm very satisfied, but currently, the area in front of the hotel is under construction, which makes it inconvenient to drag luggage to and from the hotel. It seems like the construction is quite extensive and will last for a long time, so there were quite a few detours. Apart from this, I was very satisfied, and I'm willing to visit again once the construction in front of the main entrance is finished.

The location is excellent. Although the room is small, it's very stylish. This is my first time encountering a sink outside the bathroom, which is very convenient for getting ready. The breakfast area on the 39th floor has a great view. While the selection isn't vast, everything is exquisite, and they even offer beef.

Very close to Sannomiya Station. On the first day, we took the 2200 yen airport express bus, which runs frequently, for a little over an hour. The next morning, we walked 4 minutes to Nishimura's Coffee Main Store (Nishimura Coffee Shop Nakayamate Main Store) at 8:30 AM for breakfast, which cost about 1500 yen per person. We then took a 600 yen taxi we hailed on the street to Kitano Ijinkan, visiting the Weathercock House at 9:00 AM and Moegi House at 9:30 AM. After that, we walked 10 minutes to the Uroko House, then another 10 minutes to Nunobiki Herb Garden, where we took the cable car to the top station of the herb garden. We walked to the Male and Female Waterfalls, then walked to Shin-Kobe to take a bus to Arima Onsen for a golden hot spring bath. We took a bus back to Sannomiya at 5:30 PM, walked three minutes to our car, and had Kobe beef at 6:00 PM. We walked back to the hotel in 5 minutes. The next day, we walked 8 minutes to Sannomiya JR Station to take the Super Hakuto train to Tottori. The hotel's location is super convenient!
