The air conditioning unit was very noisy, and the room's cleanliness needs improvement. In the triple room, we found a used yukata and a forgotten slipper from a previous guest in the sofa bed's crevices and under the bed. Everything else was great; the hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are all very friendly. We would consider staying again if we have the chance.

I stayed at this hotel for a 5-night, 6-day trip to Kobe. I first used it in January and booked it again because the location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which was perfect for day trips using the Kansai Wide Area Pass. It rained heavily during my stay, but the hotel's direct access to the AEON Mall basement and the underground shopping street leading to Kobe's city center made it very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right next to the hotel, along with many great restaurants, which I utilized throughout my trip. Of course, they also stored my luggage before and after check-in, which allowed me to enjoy my trip even more. I'm a light sleeper, so I requested a quiet room before checking in, and they were very accommodating, providing a room that allowed me to sleep well for all 5 nights and 6 days. My only regret is that I added breakfast for all 5 nights and 6 days. The menu was almost identical to my previous visit, with similar dishes every day, making me regret adding breakfast. I usually love having breakfast at hotels and always add it, so this was the most disappointing aspect. I've stayed at other Sotetsu chain hotels in Osaka and Kyoto, and this was quite a letdown in terms of breakfast. If they improve the food quality, I think it could be the best hotel. Everything else was great, except for the breakfast! Next time I visit Kobe, I plan to stay here again, but without adding breakfast!

The location is excellent. In addition to providing us with two double beds, they also helped add a single bed, which was more than enough for our family. The best part is the hot spring on the hotel's rooftop, and the free all-you-can-eat ramen for supper starting at 9:30 PM (it's delicious!). After soaking in the hot spring, complimentary popsicles and Yakult are provided. I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, very close to Ikuta Shrine, just a 5-minute walk away. There's also a Don Quijote nearby, also very close, about a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff are very polite. There are many dining options nearby, and I struggled every night to decide what to eat. The hotel offers free coffee on the first floor, and my daughter would go down for a cup every evening before returning to our room.

The location is excellent. Although the room is small, it's very stylish. This is my first time encountering a sink outside the bathroom, which is very convenient for getting ready. The breakfast area on the 39th floor has a great view. While the selection isn't vast, everything is exquisite, and they even offer beef.

The room was quite large. The hotel is not far from Sannomiya Station, and it's also quite quiet. It's about a 3-minute walk to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There's also a Sun Drug drugstore and a Hankyu Oasis supermarket next door. The price is also quite reasonable, high value for money.

first stay at Daiwa Roynet Premier in Kobe but it was a very enjoyable stay! 100% would stay here again. breakfast buffet was especially enjoyable for the stay. in a pretty good location as wel - highly recommended at the price point!

We used connecting rooms (two double beds in each room), and it was very comfortable for three adults and one child. The bathroom was clean, and they had all the amenities, including cleansing oil, toner, and lotion. You can get free ice from the front desk, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The only downside is that parking costs money. It was 2,500 yen per day. Even worse, when we checked in around 6 PM, the main parking lot was full, so we were directed to a parking facility a bit further away. There, if you got a stamp from the front desk, you could park for 2,000 yen until 2 PM the next day. The room also had an air purifier and humidifier, and we could get plenty of bottled water. Sannomiya Station was close, and Don Quijote was also a very short walk away.
