Kanazawa

Es ist unsere erste Kimono-Erfahrung und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben eine Sitzung am Abend zuvor reserviert und sind um 10 Uhr morgens dorthin gegangen. Der Laden befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Kanazawa, also 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Higashi Chaya Viertel, um wunderschöne Fotos zu machen. Es gab 2 Damen, die nett und freundlich waren, sie halfen uns bei der Auswahl der Kimonos und kleideten uns an. Wir hatten ursprünglich die 1-Sterne-Kimonos auf Klook ausgewählt, waren aber nicht an den Artikeln im Laden interessiert, also haben wir auf die 2-Sterne-Kimonos für etwa 1500 Yen aufgerüstet. Es gab insgesamt keine große Auswahl, aber die Artikel sind gut erhalten und preiswert. Die Vorbereitung für 2 Personen würde bis zu ca. 30-45 Minuten dauern, natürlich mehr Zeit für das Frisieren meiner Frau. Das Wetter war ziemlich kalt, als wir in Kanzawa waren, und wir trugen die Kimonos nur draußen, aber ehrlich gesagt war es ziemlich warm und bequem. Wir haben die Kimonos um 15 Uhr zurückgegeben, nachdem wir in Higashi Shaya, Kenroku Garten, umhergewandert und viele Fotos gemacht hatten. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, wir würden diesen Laden wärmstens empfehlen!

Was für eine fantastische Zeit. Der Besitzer/Kursleiter war großartig, so eine fröhliche Energie. Der Kurs hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, er umfasste nicht nur Sushi, sondern auch Beilagen und eine lokale Spezialität. Ich war noch nie ein großer Tamago-Fan, aber ich schätze, ich hatte noch nie mein eigenes gemacht. So lecker und einfach zu Hause zuzubereiten. Wir sind so froh, dass wir daran teilgenommen haben, ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein Muss.

Conveniently situated nearby a lot of unique stores like a german bakery. The ambiance is also nice.

This was an excellent hotel through all the points. It was literally right next to Kanazawa station to catch the train as well as the buses. There's a mall next door with lots of shopping and food. The rooms were pretty big and spacious. The bathroom had a full size tub. I think the only downside for me was the breakfast was a bit pricey for the options they had. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

This hotel was pleasant surprise. It provides a wonderful and cozy Japanese in experience (albeit in hotel format). It is excellently situated - walking distance from the Omicho Market, the Higashi Chaya, the Oyama Shrine, the Kanazawa Castle area and Kenrokuen.

Super convenient, very close to JR and subway stations. The room I was assigned this time was very spacious. Even with my two suitcases open, there was still a lot of space. The room was also very clean, and the staff were polite and smiling. This is my second time staying at Smile Hotel, and I'm still very satisfied. I will definitely book Smile Hotel again next time I go to Japan.

Highly recommended. Hotel Location: About a 10-minute walk from Kanazawa JR Station to the hotel. Service: The hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic, speaks clear English, and there are also staff members who can speak Chinese. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast: The breakfast is excellent, mainly Japanese-style, and also has local specialties. Recommended restaurants frequently visited by locals: Uogashi Syokudo Kanazawa Station Rinto (魚がし食堂 金沢駅 Rinto店), eat Hokuriku specialty raw fish, great value for money, the only drawback is that there will be queues. Honke Tonton tei (本家とんとん亭), authentic and professional tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) restaurant, popular with locals.
