T'was such an amazing and unforgettable stay at this Hotel. The whole family enjoyed their full amenities and all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating all throughout our stay. We had the Aqua Family Room and it was so relaxing and mesmerizing seeing fishes in their aquarium wall. All the toiletries are well-served and the room service was great too. What's also best in our stay is that we got the free aqua park passes on our first day, and the fish spa is super nice experience too. I might say that this hotel is Highly recommended to stay here for your next travel.

Super sulit, given that they also have free refill station you just need to bring your own tumbler! also really appreciate the mini ref, it kept my food safe for my 4 days and 3 nights stay! will definielty go back!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! It’s a great place to stay when visiting Binondo, especially since Ongpin is just within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Chinatown and enjoying the local food and shopping. The location is excellent, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating—from the guards to the front desk and everyone we encountered throughout the hotel. We truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. Another thing we loved was how fresh and clean the entire hotel felt. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh, and the whole property was well-maintained and spotless. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Great location, friendly staff, and a clean and fresh atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next Binondo trip!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier als Erstgast absolut geliebt. Ich habe meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und der kostenlose Überraschungskuchen hat den Anlass noch spezieller gemacht! Das Zimmer war geräumig, wunderschön gestaltet und fühlte sich luxuriös an, besonders die voll funktionsfähige Badewanne, der moderne Toilettensitz und das gut gepflegte Badezimmer. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts warmherzig und zuvorkommend, von der Rezeption bis zum Lobby-Team. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der besten, die ich je hatte. Der Essbereich war geräumig, die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gut. Ich würde mir gerne zusätzliche Optionen wie Speck, Gebäck, lokale Kakanin und heiße Schokolade wünschen. Ein paar kleine Details könnten ebenfalls verbessert werden. Das Zimmer war kühl und komfortabel, aber einige Handtücher sahen abgenutzt aus und der Teppich hatte sichtbare Flecken. Diese haben unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt, aber eine Behebung würde das Erlebnis weiter verbessern. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Geburtstagsaufenthalt, und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um den Fitnessraum und den Pool auszuprobieren. Our family really enjoyed our stay at Century Park Hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and accommodating. The pool area is a major highlight — there is a huge main pool, kids' pool, jacuzzi, and even an Olympic-sized pool. The facilities are well maintained, with a fully functioning shower and locker room, which made the pool experience even more convenient. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of choices. The location is convenient, especially if you're visiting the PICC and nearby areas. A couple of minor concerns: there aren't many restaurants immediately around the hotel, so you need to walk a little or take a short ride to get more dining options. Also, the TV isn't a smart TV, which feels a little unexpected for a hotel nowadays. Overall, though, I would definitely consider staying here again. The spacious room, friendly service, excellent pool facilities, and breakfast make it a very good-value hotel.

Hotel is perfect if you have business in Manila and you need somewhere to stay that is accessible and decent for the price point. Staff is great, room is impeccably clean, and everything in the room is functional. One downside is that during the rainy season, the entrance to the hotel gets flooded and it takes a while to subside. It makes entering the hotel a bit difficult. This needs improvement though it’s probably the LGU that’s responsible for fixing the drainage in the street. Will def stay here again if I have business in Manila.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would gladly give it 5 stars. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made my visit truly relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

I always wanted to come back to this hotel. I’d like where the location was and the view for the sunset was so beautiful. Room is big and warmth. I like the food as well and the staff are so accommodating, thank you Diamond hotel.
