Hotel h20 had good service when i checked in with my fam at the luxury room.
But the bathroom floor seemed not scrubbed well, I almost trip bec it was slippery.
The hallway leading to our room was carpeted and had a musty damp odor.
We had our brrakfast at @makan makan on the second floor, the food was not something you crave for. It doesnt have the semi luxury vibe, it gave like a carinderia rather. The view of the morning where the outdoor seating of the restaurant, was a view of the ships and dark water, looked like polluted and doesnt give you the mood to eat.
When we arrived, the elevator wasnt working.
Thw swimming pool floor’s painting was chipping and my niece bumped her foot and it wasnt good to swim in a pool mixed with chipped painting.
Staffs were great.
