Jeg havde en fantastisk oplevelse med at deltage på denne tur. Rejselederen, Mr. Hao (Happy), efterlod virkelig et stort indtryk på mig. Ligesom sit kælenavn, "Happy", holdte han virkelig alles humør højt, selvom det regnede den dag. Han var entusiastisk, energisk, hjælpsom, munter, opmærksom og sørgede altid for, at alle hyggede sig. Først var jeg lidt skuffet over vejret. Det regnede, og jeg havde håbet på at nyde kajakroning i solskin. Det viste sig dog at blive et af mine bedste minder – oplevelsen af at ro kajak i regnvejr var uforglemmelig. Mr. Happy mindede os hele tiden om: "Hav det sjovt, kom ikke til skade", og han holdt konstant øje med alles sikkerhed. Han tjekkede også jævnligt op på os under hele turen for at sikre sig, at vi havde det godt. Maden på krydstogtet var også fantastisk. Alt i alt vil jeg give denne oplevelse 9/10. Mange tak, Mr. Happy, fordi du gjorde denne tur så fornøjelig. Jeg håber at se dig igen en dag!

The overall experience was wonderful. The biggest highlight of this boat is that there are very few guests, with only 4 cabins, making the entire trip very quiet and relaxing, completely free from the hustle and bustle of large tour boats. It is very suitable for people who want to unwind. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Thai, who was extremely friendly and responsible, and took great care of us. As for the dining, because there are few guests, the variety of dishes may not be as extensive as on large boats, but they made up for it with high quality and great taste; you could tell the ingredients were very fresh. If you are looking for a private and quiet trip to Lan Ha Bay, this is a great choice.

The hotel pickup and drop-off service was very convenient, and the scenery of Lan Ha Bay was amazing. It was great to have some simple fruit provided after kayaking and swimming.

Fantastic day cruise around Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba! Our guide Tuna was polite, and took excellent care of us throughout the day. The kayaking was excellent, the seafood lunch was fresh and delicious, the evening tea was nicely prepared and everything was clean and well organized. Beautiful views and great service from start to finish. 10/10 experience — highly recommend! 🌊🛶✨

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

For those of you who are considering a Lan Ha Bay tour, I'd like to share some helpful information! Our itinerary was: hotel pickup -> transfer to the pier -> cruise boarding -> kayaking/swimming -> lunch -> visit to Viet Hai village (doctor fish) -> return to the pier -> hotel drop-off. (Once you board the cruise, an English-speaking guide will explain the itinerary.) For those staying on Cat Ba Island, this is a great way to spend a productive half-day at a low cost. 1) Most of the guests are Vietnamese, but the English-speaking guide makes sure that no one feels left out. 2) Compared to other cruises, the quality is very good, and there's less boat vibration, making it more comfortable. 3) Lunch is buffet-style, and the quality is surprisingly good. 4) There's absolutely no pressure for tips or shopping, so you can just relax and enjoy your day~ Here are a few tips, haha: - It's not primarily for water activities, and the water isn't clear, so snorkeling is practically impossible. It's more for just getting in the water, haha. - Since it's mostly Vietnamese guests, it might feel a bit unfamiliar (frequent smoking on deck, chaotic meal times lol). - It's a different experience from tours arranged by Koreans, which are usually well-developed for tourism, but it's still a decent way to spend a day!

Overall, it was great! For someone with no prior cruise experience, both the sense of occasion and the relaxed vibe score a full ten out of ten. The meals and service were both quite good! Don't focus too much on the included excursion activities like kayaking and exploring the caves; unless you are a huge fan, you might find them a bit boring. Fully enjoy your time on the ship—all the facilities and services make you feel like you are getting more than your money's worth! From dusk to night, and into the early morning, the changing times of day always bring uniquely wonderful views! The pick-up and drop-off were smooth, the service was enthusiastic, and it truly felt like a home away from home! Halong Bay, a wonderful journey! Completely captivated and reminiscing...

En fantastisk krydstogtoplevelse i Lan Ha-bugten! Båden var ren, komfortabel, og servicen var fremragende. At besøge Dark & Bright Cave i kajak var fredfyldt og afslappende. Sammenlignet med den primære Ha Long Bay-rute føles Lan Ha-bugten meget mere stille og mindre overfyldt. Hvis du foretrækker en mere afslappende atmosfære og ønsker at nyde naturen uden menneskemængderne, er dette absolut det perfekte valg. Kan varmt anbefales!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Total of 26 people on the tour. I was the only Korean person. It was a 3-story, high-end cruise ship with a small pool inside, and simple food was provided. You could see several islands, and the sunset was beautiful. We had a short time to enjoy swimming and canoeing. We also visited a local village, and it was a great value-for-money tour. One minor disappointment was that the canoe experience was advertised as included in the tour price, but there was an additional charge (150,000-200,000 VND).
