I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable. Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well. Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

The overall experience was wonderful. The biggest highlight of this boat is that there are very few guests, with only 4 cabins, making the entire trip very quiet and relaxing, completely free from the hustle and bustle of large tour boats. It is very suitable for people who want to unwind. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Thai, who was extremely friendly and responsible, and took great care of us. As for the dining, because there are few guests, the variety of dishes may not be as extensive as on large boats, but they made up for it with high quality and great taste; you could tell the ingredients were very fresh. If you are looking for a private and quiet trip to Lan Ha Bay, this is a great choice.

The hotel pickup and drop-off service was very convenient, and the scenery of Lan Ha Bay was amazing. It was great to have some simple fruit provided after kayaking and swimming.

Fantastic day cruise around Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba! Our guide Tuna was polite, and took excellent care of us throughout the day. The kayaking was excellent, the seafood lunch was fresh and delicious, the evening tea was nicely prepared and everything was clean and well organized. Beautiful views and great service from start to finish. 10/10 experience — highly recommend! 🌊🛶✨

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

Maraming Korean ang nag-aalinlangan tungkol sa tour sa Halong Bay, kaya susulat ako ng ilang impormasyon na makakatulong sa inyo! -. Ang iskedyul ay: Pag-pickup ng sasakyan sa accommodation -> Pagpunta sa pantalan -> Pagsakay sa cruise -> Kayak/paglalaro sa tubig -> Tanghalian -> Pagbisita sa nayon ng Viet Hai (Doctor fish) -> Pagbabalik sa pantalan -> Pag-drop off sa accommodation. (Kapag sumakay na kayo sa cruise, ang isang gabing marunong mag-English ang magbibigay ng gabay sa inyo.) Para sa mga nag-a-accommodations sa Cat Ba Island, sulit na magpalipas ng isang araw at kalahati rito sa mababang halaga. 1) Karamihan sa mga pasahero ay mga Vietnamese,unit ang gabing marunong mag-English ay inaalagaan kayo nang mabuti para hindi kayo ma-istorbo o ma-isolate. 2) Napakaganda ng kalidad kumpara sa ibang cruise, at mas kaunti ang alon at bawas ang yugyog kaya mas komportable. 3) Buffet ang tanghalian, at mas maganda ang kalidad kaysa sa inaasahan. 4) Walang sapilitang pagbibigay ng tip o pamimili, kaya maaari kayong mag-enjoy nang payapa sa buong araw~ Bibigyan ko kayo ng kaunting tip... hehehe - Hindi ito nakapokus sa paglalaro sa tubig, at hindi malinis ang tubig kaya halos imposible ang snorkeling. Para lang itong pagbabad ng katawan sa tubig hehe. - Dahil karamihan ay mga Vietnamese, maaaring medyo kakaiba ito para sa inyo (madalas na paninigarilyo sa labas ng barko, magulo sa oras ng kainan kiki). - Iba ito sa mga tour na inaayos para sa mga Koreano na bihasa sa turismo, pero ayos lang para magpalipas ng isang araw!

Overall, it was great! For someone with no prior cruise experience, both the sense of occasion and the relaxed vibe score a full ten out of ten. The meals and service were both quite good! Don't focus too much on the included excursion activities like kayaking and exploring the caves; unless you are a huge fan, you might find them a bit boring. Fully enjoy your time on the ship—all the facilities and services make you feel like you are getting more than your money's worth! From dusk to night, and into the early morning, the changing times of day always bring uniquely wonderful views! The pick-up and drop-off were smooth, the service was enthusiastic, and it truly felt like a home away from home! Halong Bay, a wonderful journey! Completely captivated and reminiscing...

Isang kamangha-manghang karanasan sa cruise sa Lan Ha Bay! Malinis, komportable ang bangka, at napakahusay ng serbisyo. Ang pagbisita sa Dark & Bright Cave sa pamamagitan ng kayak ay payapa at nakakarelax. Kung ikukumpara sa pangunahing ruta ng Ha Long Bay, mas tahimik at hindi gaanong matao ang Lan Ha Bay. Kung mas gusto mo ang mas nakakarelax na kapaligiran at nais mong tamasahin ang kalikasan nang walang maraming tao, ito ang tiyak na perpektong pagpipilian. Lubos na inirerekomenda!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Makakakita ng ilang mga isla at maganda ang paglubog ng araw. Masisiyahan sa maikling oras ng pag-langoy at pag-canoe. Napuntahan din ang nayon ng mga lokal at ito ay isang sulit at kapaki-pakinabang na tour. Ang isang medyo nakakahinayang lang ay nakasaad na kasama ang karanasan sa canoe sa bayad sa tour, ngunit may hiwalay na bayad (150,000 hanggang 200,000 Dong).
