The food selection is quite extensive, offering great value for money. The hotel staff are attentive and polite. The sashimi was average, but the other food options were plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right at Exit 12 of Gangxia North Station, just up the stairs.

Food so fresh, waiter and waitress provide good service, price reasonable, I highly recommend everyone go there to enjoy

We celebrated a family birthday, and the servers were all very kind and polite. When I called to confirm the table, I mentioned it was for a birthday dinner, and they provided a birthday light-up sign for photos. The food quality was excellent, making for a very enjoyable buffet dinner.

This was my first time having a buffet at a hotel in Shenzhen, and this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Although there wasn't a huge variety of food at the buffet, the quality was exceptionally high. Sitting on the 47th floor, I had a very clear view overlooking all of Shenzhen. The server arranged for me to sit by the window, and the overall service was very polite. I was extremely satisfied with this experience.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary with a buffet lunch at Renaissance Shenzhen Bay. We experienced a warm welcome and very good service. The staff members were polite and helpful. The view from the 57th floor was heart opening.

This was my first time dining at this hotel. The food was decent, and I enjoyed the fruit salad; it would have been even better with some chia seeds. However, there were relatively few hot dishes, though the drink selection was extensive. The front desk staff were very proactive and helpful. My only minor complaint is that the staff collecting used dishes were not very attentive, and some seating areas were extremely cramped, making it difficult to move around. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the hotel was running a promotion that day, offering a very low price. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of it because I had already purchased my meal through a platform that doesn't allow refunds or exchanges.

The main selling point of Four Seasons is its incredibly thoughtful service. The ambiance is super chill and elegant, but the food selection isn't extensive. The cold dishes are average, and there aren't many hot dishes to choose from either. There's a wide variety of beverages, and the barbecue is decent. The desserts are high quality. Service: Attentive.
