Labuan Bajo Ture

Vi er koreanere, der var på bryllupsrejse her. Først var vi i tvivl, da der var færre anmeldelser end andre steder, men vi stolede på de koreanske anmeldelser og bookede – og jeg kan varmt anbefale det! Det var Ohana-firmaet, og båden var i god stand. Hver gang vi tog til et nyt sted, hvor der var mange mennesker, fik vi en lille blomsterklemme, så vi ikke blev forvirrede, og alle guiderne var så søde. Ved Manta Point turde jeg ikke gå i vandet, men guiderne tog min telefon med og filmede det hele for mig, hvilket var helt fantastisk!

I rushed to eat breakfast at the hotel and headed to the lobby because I was told they would pick me up at 6:30 AM, but they didn't arrive until 6:45 AM, which was frustrating. 15 minutes in the morning is a big deal. Other than that, it was a perfect tour with no complaints. We didn't see any manta rays, but we saw many sea turtles, and the guide took some great videos with my camera! They did an excellent job, and it made for a wonderful memory! We wished we could have been in the videos too if we were better at diving, but maybe next time. We were told it would be lucky to see two Komodo dragons during mating season, but we saw about ten. We even witnessed them fighting, which was very impressive! It was a fulfilling day! Regarding the boat: It was quite cramped and narrow when everyone was seated inside. Regarding safety: I later learned that in July of this year, a Chinese couple drowned in this area because they couldn't swim and weren't wearing life jackets. If you're not confident in your swimming abilities, please declare it and rent a life jacket. Don't do anything reckless, cause an accident, and then blame others.

Boat Condition: The boat was in excellent condition! It was clean, safe, and there were no areas where one could get hurt. Oh! On days with choppy waves, I thought it would be great to have seatbelts, as there was a concern of falling off the chair even when sitting still at high speeds. :) Guide: Yoga briefed us on the tour itinerary and explained the rules to ensure safety and protect the tour sites. With a lively and positive vibe, he took great photos at each tour spot and naturally led conversations. During snorkeling, he guided my wife and me, who are not accustomed to swimming in the sea, by holding onto a life tube, allowing us to see beautiful corals, fish, turtles, and even sharks! I would definitely recommend him to friends planning a trip to Labuan Bajo! Itinerary: We visited Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Komodo National Park, then had lunch, stopped at a beautiful beach, and went snorkeling at Manta Point and Reef Point. The tour started at 6 AM and ended around 3:30-4 PM, which felt just right. :) Safety: We didn't have major concerns thanks to the professional boat driver and staff. However, it was a particularly windy day with rougher waves than usual. Although I don't usually get seasick, I felt a bit unwell today. Even if you don't typically experience seasickness, it would be wise to bring motion sickness medication.

Chaufføren hentede os til tiden, og vi var om bord på båden og startede turen før kl. 7. Hvert sted levede op til forventningerne. Den lyserøde strand var ikke helt som på reklamebillederne, men den var stadig meget lyserød. Guiden var ikke særlig humoristisk, men meget pligtopfyldende. Han var meget aktiv med at tage billeder af os under snorkling og trak også de svagere gæster med en redningskrans. Da vi ikke fandt mantaer ved Manta Point, tog han os med til Mawan for at lede igen, og vi fik som ønsket set mantaer svømme lige foran os. Båden var ikke så luksuriøs som på reklamebillederne, men det var acceptabelt, når man er ude at rejse. Forvent intet af madpakken; den var hverken god eller dårlig, men vigtigst af alt mættede den. Hvis man kun ser på turprisen, er den meget rimelig, men nationalparkens entrébillet er for dyr, 400.000 IDR per person, hvilket føles lidt ærgerligt. Alt andet var fremragende.

It's a shame that we had to proceed with an alternative itinerary due to high waves near Komodo, but I understand that this was due to official directives, not the fault of the tour operator. The hotel pickup was punctual, the guidance was detailed, and I appreciated the continuous attention to safety throughout the trip. The alternative snorkeling spot was also incredibly beautiful and stunning, and the highlight, the Komodo dragons, were seen sufficiently on Rinca Island, another alternative island, making it a very satisfying tour. The boat was also clean and convenient. It's a highly recommendable tour and an excellent company.

guide is very proactive, he explained everything we saw from the boat. he also actively offering for taking us pictures, and recommending which spot is the best and most interesting. there are so many baby sharks in kelor island, it is recommended to swim there. but in Manjarite Beach, I prefer to take picture of the beach only because the beach was very beautiful and exotic. I saw stingray in this beach, so I enjoyed seeing it. after that, were so lucky!! we met dolphin on the way to kalong island! the sunset is beautiful, the flying foxes even more beautiful!

Best trip I ever book in Klook. The view is fantastic and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Even though there was some time reporting issue, which the staff told me that the pick up time was at 6.45am, but they came to my place at 6.20am, but it was just a small matter. This is a must book trip.

The tour operator for this trip was Labuan Bajo Holiday, and I'm incredibly grateful to them. They were very responsible, proactively informing me that my booked tour hadn't met the minimum number of participants. They then went above and beyond to help me find a suitable boat. Throughout the trip, they were very attentive to my experience, and ultimately helped me complete a wonderful journey. Thank you for your excellent service; it was fantastic!

En dejlig eftermiddag og god værdi for pengene. Rangko-grotten med sin blå lagune var forfriskende, snorklingen var i verdensklasse, og udsigten fra bakketoppen var fredfyldt. Kan varmt anbefales som en forløber for den store dagstur til Komodo Island!
