The conveniences that KSL provide.... I've always stayed here when I go JB. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. It's also at an affordable price. There are tons of eateries in KSL and surrounding. It's also around 30 minutes to Senai airport.

Staying in the one-bedroom suite at Capri by Fraser JB was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, putting all the best food and shopping just a stone's throw away. I was really impressed by how pristine and well-maintained the room was—it felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. On top of the great facilities, the staff went above and beyond with their warm and genuinely friendly service. A highly recommended stay!

Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Skvělá lokalita a vynikající služby! Bylo to mé první ubytování v Holiday Villa a pobyt byl úžasný. Líbila se mi vyhlídka na bazén a noční výhled z pokoje. Personál byl pozorný a rychlý. Určitě se sem vrátím.

The room was clean, my son is so happy, i love the view too, the staff from front desk and anyone always smiling and helpful. service: A+

Pokoj byl velký a pohodlný, ale naše klimatizace v pokoji měla trochu problém, v noci protékala. Snídaně byla dobrá a lokalita byla skvělá. Tento hotel má přímý přístup do nákupního centra SKS Mall a nabízí bezplatnou kyvadlovou dopravu do Capri - CIQ JB Central - Holiday Inn JBCC. Brzy se do tohoto hotelu vrátíme👍

The hotel is located close to the start of the Jalan Tan Hiok Nee (which is lined with food eateries) and we appreciated the bellman for guiding us to cross the road and pointed us to the start of the street which we can easily get our breakfast. Room was relatively spacious for the price paid. It was clean and simple, suitable for a one night stay in JB. While the hotel has a green concept with real plants as its decoration , we didn’t experience any mosquitoes. We like the concept of nature meets urban.

Definitely a place to stay! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for both young and old! Everything is clean and great! Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to book through Klook, booked, get confirmation, show to hotel and great value too! Recommended!

Cosy boutique hotel with a lounge area at the ground floor. Location was good - close to lots of food places.
