Staying in the one-bedroom suite at Capri by Fraser JB was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, putting all the best food and shopping just a stone's throw away. I was really impressed by how pristine and well-maintained the room was—it felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. On top of the great facilities, the staff went above and beyond with their warm and genuinely friendly service. A highly recommended stay!

The conveniences that KSL provide.... I've always stayed here when I go JB. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. It's also at an affordable price. There are tons of eateries in KSL and surrounding. It's also around 30 minutes to Senai airport.

Pokoj byl velký a pohodlný, ale naše klimatizace v pokoji měla trochu problém, v noci protékala. Snídaně byla dobrá a lokalita byla skvělá. Tento hotel má přímý přístup do nákupního centra SKS Mall a nabízí bezplatnou kyvadlovou dopravu do Capri - CIQ JB Central - Holiday Inn JBCC. Brzy se do tohoto hotelu vrátíme👍

Cosy boutique hotel with a lounge area at the ground floor. Location was good - close to lots of food places.

Had a pleasant stay at New York Hotel, Johor Bahru! The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. 😊🏨

Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Definitely a place to stay! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for both young and old! Everything is clean and great! Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to book through Klook, booked, get confirmation, show to hotel and great value too! Recommended!
