Staying in the one-bedroom suite at Capri by Fraser JB was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, putting all the best food and shopping just a stone's throw away. I was really impressed by how pristine and well-maintained the room was—it felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. On top of the great facilities, the staff went above and beyond with their warm and genuinely friendly service. A highly recommended stay!

Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Izba bola veľká a pohodlná, ale naša klimatizácia v izbe mala malý problém, v noci pretekala. Raňajky boli dobré a lokalita bola výborná. Tento hotel má priamy prístup do nákupného centra SKS Mall a ponúka bezplatnú kyvadlovú dopravu do Capri - CIQ JB Central - Holiday Inn JBCC. Čoskoro sa do tohto hotela vrátime👍

The conveniences that KSL provide.... I've always stayed here when I go JB. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. It's also at an affordable price. There are tons of eateries in KSL and surrounding. It's also around 30 minutes to Senai airport.

Skvelá poloha a vynikajúce služby! Bolo to moje prvé ubytovanie v Holiday Ville a bol to úžasný pobyt. Páčil sa mi výhľad na bazén a výhľad z izby v noci. Personál bol pozorný a pohotový. Určite sa sem vrátim.

Definitely a place to stay! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for both young and old! Everything is clean and great! Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to book through Klook, booked, get confirmation, show to hotel and great value too! Recommended!
