I had such a great experience on this group tour! Cipher was an amazing guide from start to finish. ❤️He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the trip. You could really tell that he cared about everyone having a good time, and he handled everything so smoothly. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and I honestly enjoyed the tour so much more because of his energy and personality.😂🙏 Thank you, Cipher, for making the trip such a memorable experience! Poprvé s dětmi, prostředí je příjemné! Je tu parkoviště! Herní místnost je čistá a světlá, personál je k dětem velmi milý! Konečně si můžu trochu odpočinout, tady se necítím pod tlakem, že by se kdykoli mohla projevit nenávist k dětem v této generaci.

Absolvoval jsem po celém světě již mnoho výletů a celá moje rodina se shoduje na tom, že toto byl bezpochyby náš vůbec nejoblíbenější organizovaný výlet. Začali jsme túrou k tomu nejúchvatnějším vodopádu (opravdu! a to jsem jich viděla už mnoho). Nechtělo se mi odtud odcházet. Na farmě jsme viděli ta nejhodnější zvířata, o která bylo skvěle postaráno, a personál byl úžasný. Geopark byl neskutečný zážitek, možnost uvařit si přirozeným způsobem jídlo, které si sami nasbíráte! Úžasné. A jako třešnička na dortu výroba jarní cibulkové palačinky. Jedinou nevýhodou bylo, že byl extrémně horký den. V případě horkého počasí se předem důkladně napijte. Opravdu nejlepší výlet na Tchaj-wanu. Sü Čchi-jang byl velmi srdečný průvodce. Poslal podrobné informace předem a během celé exkurze zajišťoval průběžný překlad, aby vyhověl všem účastníkům bez ohledu na jazyk. Na tento výlet budeme vždycky vzpomínat.

Manželka si najednou stěžovala na bolesti zad a chtěla jít do horkých pramenů, tak si jen tak vygooglila tento luxusní hotel s horkými prameny. Můj bože! Bylo to velmi pohodlné, příště se sem určitě vrátíme, pokud bude příležitost.

The room I booked had many pictures, all showing bathtubs in the foreground. When I got the room card for the second floor, I had a bad feeling, as experience tells me it would be noisy, especially since the hotel is next to Luodong Night Market. However, it turns out that being near the night market but separated by a street actually kept it quiet. Still, not having a bathtub was quite disappointing. Upon closer inspection of the room photos, I noticed that pictures of rooms with only a shower stall appeared further down. Many hotels, like the Kailan Hotel where I stayed the day before in Toucheng, offer both a bathtub and a shower. Furthermore, while I can overlook not providing amenities, there was no hand soap at the sink. Do guests really need to bring their own hand soap? That concludes my complaints about the facilities. The staff, however, were all very friendly and polite. Although there was a small issue during check-in, it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was decent, neither outstanding nor poor. My only real complaint is that for a latte, they provide espresso from a machine and then you have to get cold milk from the cereal area yourself. First, this lowers the temperature, and second, there's no foam, so it's not really a latte.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. It is very child-friendly, with spacious rooms and facilities that made travelling with a young child much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance, making it very convenient to grab meals or daily necessities. Public transport is also easily accessible, so getting around the city was hassle-free. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for families with children. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in a convenient location.

The hotel is quite clean and tidy, and the kids had a great time on the slide. However, the soundproofing is really not very good. Even though there's a rule to be quiet after 10 PM, some guests still get too excited, which can be a problem for light sleepers.

Convenient transportation: There is a train station and a bus transit station nearby. Hotel location: Less than a five-minute walk from Luodong Station. Service: The staff has a great attitude! They also provide a recommended map of Luodong.
