홍콩에서 도착하여 이미그레이션 앞에 도착하자마자 담당 직원이 이름이 써진 푯말을 들고 대기하고 있었습니다. 입국 이미그레이션 통과까지 약 5분, 이후 국내선 청사까지 자가용으로 이동 5분, 국내선탑승 수속 및 보안수속(별도 레인이 따로 있습니다.)까지 단 5분 밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 꼭 이용하시길 권장합니다.

항공기 연착으로 거의 1시간 늦게 목직지에 도착했으나, 시간 맞춰 직원이 나와 주었고, 국내선에서 국제선 청사 로 신속하게 이동하여, 이미그레이션 출국 신고 및 보안 수속까지 일목요연하게 신속히 처리되었습니다. 긴줄을 단 십분도 안걸리고 처리되었습니다. 꼭 이용해 보세요. 한마디로 따봉입니다.

The service was quick and efficient. There were clear communications before and after the service. Everything was smooth.

Best service . once I got in touch with the Klook person , it just flowed seamlessly from immigration to transit to the domestic airport to check in back again. It was such a smooth process and I am glad I did it as I was travelling as my husband and my toddler.

Fast track at Ba Na hols was fab however do make sure that at three entrance when they are talking your photo face forward as they caught me on the side and I had difficulty convincing all three other reps throughout the resort. Go early to avoid three crowds. Four seasons buffet is an experience but slightly overrated, I think. However if you do want to go get there early. I did enjoy thee day though.

I can't say enough good things about their service. If it weren't for them helping us skip the lines and getting our luggage sent out right away we would of missed our connecting flight. They are the best and we were truly impressed.

I am so grateful we booked this service. We most certainly would not have made our flight without it. They met us after our flight landed and whisked us all the way through to our domestic gate with no issues or hassles. We only have less than an hour and a half to make it to our flight and they made it happen with such a calming demeanor. I highly recommend this service if you are transferring after an international flight to a domestic one from one of the major cities in Vietnam.

60대의 부부로서 인천에서 달랏까지 여정은 여러가지 근심이 있었다. 직항이 사라진 상태였고 경유시간이 2시간이어서 조금 이라도 핀트가 어긋나면 여행전반이 힘들어질 상황이었다. 그러나 다행이 클룩을 통해 패스트 트랙을 구입했으며 결과는 대만족이었다. 1. 입국수속을 초스피드로 진행하도록 담당자가 입국장 앞에서 대기하고 있었다. 2. 초스피드라인으로 이끌어 주셔서 5분만에 수속을 마칠수 있었다. 3. 짐찾는곳까지도 안내해 주고 짐을 찾자 짐을 트랜짓 하는 곳으로 이끌어주어서 국내선으로 갈아타기전에 미리 짐을 보낼수 있었다. 4. 전용 택시를 부르고 함께 동승하여 국내선 입국장까지 이끌어 주었다. 5. 국내선 입국장에서도 VIP라인으로 통과하도록 안내해 주었다. 이러한 경험은 돈이 아깝지 않았고 시간이 오히려 남게 하는 축복이 되었다. 참으로 멋진 여행을 시작하게 되니 하나님께 감사하고 이러한 사업 아이템을 개발한 이들과 수고한이들을 축복하고 싶다.

I had to transit from the international to domestic terminal and, even though I was flying with the same airline, this involved going through immigration, collecting my bags, giving them to airline staff for the next flight and taking a bus to the domestic terminal. This seemed confusing and time-consuming after a long haul flight with only a 2hr 30 transit time so I booked this transfer service. Thank goodness I did because my next flight was changed by the airline 3 times and eventually cancelled when I was mid air on my first flight. My transfer guy was amazing! He sorted everything out for me in very confusing circumstances. He fast tracked me through initial Immigration, waited while I got my bags, talked to the airline about my flight change, took my bags on the bus for me, changed my flight booking at checkin and then fast tracked me onto an earlier flight, all in 1 hr 10 mins! What a legend! The transfer man's help and professionalism really saved my day but even without the cancellation situation, his help navigating the transfer would have been worth every penny.

The transfer service was excellent and very smooth. we managed to catch our second flight without trouble because we could jump the queue at the customs and the check in for our domestic flight.
