Things to do in Da Nang

Everything was great!! We booked a 90-mins full body massage, and we was impressed by the moment we arrived at the spa. The building is well-designed and beautifully decorated inside and out, giving the nature and calming vibe. The staff was very polite and friendly, clearly guiding us through the process. The place is nice and clean too. Tranh BK was my therapist and she was very good! I’m from Thailand and I have chronic back & shoulders pain, so my expectations for massage is very high, but Tranh could meet my expectations. After the massage, I feel relief, relaxed, and satisfied. They also have complimentary drinks & snacks both before and after the massage, and they’re very well presented. The experience truly surpassed my expectations. The view was breathtaking, and the idea of a theme park nestled on a mountain was simply wonderful. The cable car ride added to the overall memorable experience.

Alpine Coaster at Ba Na Hills was one of the most exciting parts of my visit. The ride was fun and gave an incredible adrenaline rush while still feeling safe and well-controlled. The controls were easy to use, so you can adjust your speed depending on how adventurous you want to be, but o though it was controlled and we had only the break that could be done manually. We did all 3 rides. I would definitely recommend trying the Alpine Coaster if you enjoy adventure and scenic rides.

It’s a massive place with lots to do for kids and adults alike. spend at least 5-6 hours here. Best to arrive really early or around noon to avoid tour crowds. buffet lunch was super worth it. very clean, organized and the staff was really helpful. to add, there will be lots of people attempting to book your and say they’re Grab when you’re trying to get home. book only thru the app and don’t let these people convince you, you’ll end up paying more to them although Vietnamese people are generally kind and they’re not very pushy but some can be annoying and follow you around.

The 8:15 PM cruise is the best time if you want to see the 9:00 PM Dragon Bridge fire and water show. We had a great view from the boat, and it was less crowded than watching from the bridge. The night view of Da Nang was also beautiful, and the cool breeze made the cruise relaxing. Overall, it was a fun experience.

It is actually crucial that the insurance is already included in the package. The river cruise was pleasant and the night view is great. We have witnessed how the Dragon Bridge blasted water, although sadly, there was no fire due to technical difficulties. The dance performance is also a delight, plus the water and fruits.

We booked the “Absorb the fresh air with mud bath” package on Klook and redemption was easy. We combined it with Hoa Phu Thanh Tourist Area rafting in the morning and arrived around 12:30pm, with plenty of time to explore. The park is larger than it looks and spread across a hillside, so shuttle buggies are needed to get around. The hot springs are decent but don’t feel fully naturally heated. We came mainly for the mud bath and jacuzzi, which was the highlight. First a 5–10 min warm jacuzzi, then a semi-private stone mud tub. No strict time limit, but we stayed ~30 mins before it got boring and the mud cooled. Rinsing off is messy. Food is affordable (fries ~30k VND, drinks ~25k VND). Toilets and showers were clean with basic amenities provided. Lockers use a bracelet system—staff assign it and you tap to open, which is convenient. Downsides: communal slippers felt worn and not very clean. Location is remote, and getting a Grab back is difficult, so arrange transport in advance.

Simply unforgettable! I recommend that You stay there to best enjoy everything. There’s so much to see, do, eat and shop. There are activities at every corner. Such a fun place. Must Go! Sun World is huge and try to go in early because the last cable car is at 4.30pm. Book a shuttle bus to help you ferry from place to place.
