Great size room with large comfy beds (premier suite which sleeps up to 5 adults) at a decent price in a good central location.
Super clean and convenient
Didn't have much contact with staff (checkin and out were tablet based) but when we did they were very helpful.
One major downside for us was that the room was far too hot, even though we were there in spring and it was not warm outside. The small aircon unit was not powerful enough to have an effect, the large unit on the wall only did heating and we couldn't open the windows. The only way to effectively cool the room was to keep the door open.
If you like a warm hotel room I'd definitely recommend.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side for the price (got a bigger room in Tokyo for cheaper). Self check in seems to be the preferred option here but staff are nearby or a phone call away if you need personal assistance. Very close to train station. Good food options nearby. Buffet breakfast is fairly average. They have a self service vacuum pack machine near reception for vacuum packing soft toys or clothes, which was super useful as we were running out of space in our suitcases!

Fantàstic Lovely property. Close to the subway. Clean. Rooms were very nice. Hot water. Secure area to leave your luggage if you need to drop it off prior to check in time. My only disappointment was this location didn't have the dinosaurs. Still a 10/10 stay

The room was great. Very roomy and a nice large bathroom. Great system to lock your luggage before you check in.
