Paid for breakfast three days two persons but could not use it due to no vegetarian items
Everything has seafood or eggs as vegan
Also rooms only cleaned every three days and
No trash service either
Promised queen bed actually was two twins put together but separate beds and sheets
Had a group of ten rooms
Also can only cool room to 20celcius not standard 18c
Charge for towels and room keys annoying as
well

Lovely light room, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to public transport links, making it easy to get around Kyoto. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel was perfect for our stay, the staff was very helpful be friendly.
We were able to leave our bags before checking time. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Really recommend.

Clean quiet room, great location with konbini across the road, my favourite bar 1 min away and the rrain and bus stops 10 min away. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would stay here again
