The hotel was OK for the price. The location was good for walk ability and shopping. The real problem was the restaurant and staff. They have an Italian rooftop restaurant with a great view,
but the staff was awful. People were getting up and approaching the server who was on his phone at the bar. It was not just me who was annoyed. The food was mediocre at best and very expensive.

My room was nice, and the location is great, but the staff is the best part. I had a luggage related emergency, and Yousef at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and took extra care to ensure my safety as a solo female traveler. I highly appreciate his excellent service.

The room was spotless and very spacious. We could relax, feeling very much at home. Staff is extremely friendly. We felt very much taken care of. There is also a roof top restaurant where you have a view over the old city, and public transport (tram) is almost at the doorstep. The reception is always there with advice - great, beautiful hotel.

The room was spotless with lots of amenities. The staff were constantly checking in to make sure everything was great about my stay. Their knowledge on the city for tourists was excellent and they even gave me tips on how to navigate the city. They also have a rooftop restaurant which a really great view.
They really went above and beyond.
