Wonderful staff and perfect location for exploring Taksim and Cihangir.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes walk away from Istaklal St and Taksim Square. There are lots of transportation options near by. The check in was very quick and hospitable. The very nice gentleman at the front desk saw us arriving and opened the front door for us. He then offered us something to drink while doing the check in. He was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. All the staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Abdullah helped us often and greeted us every day. The owner Ahmet was often at the hotel and greeted all the guests during breakfast and asked each person if they needed anything. He was very friendly and a pleasure to speak to. Ms Parijoon at the front desk was also very lovely and made us feel very welcome. The cleaning staff were also very nice and helpful. The room was modern looking, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options that changed each day. We definitely recommend this place and hope to definitely come back again soon.

I have been to more than 50 hotels in 20 different countries and this was probably my best stay ever. I stayed at Plat inn for two weeks. First of all, Peri and the rest of the staff are very friendly with a big smile and were really helpful. They even gave me a free room upgrade on my second day which was a delight. Truly felt like a family. The room itself was super clean and although the hotel is in a busy neighborhood, I did not hear much noise. Also you could ask for cleaning every day which was super nice. Last but not least the location was the great thing. Very close to Taqsim/Istiklal, lots of nice restaurants and cafes, and also public transport. I had to restrict my activity for five days after a surgery and it was really nice to be able to just walk around the hotel and have everything there.

“Pady” at reception was among the kindest hotel staff I’ve encounter over 35 years as an airline pilot. She is a gem. Extremely competent and professional. A pleasure to deal with. I will return

The first thing I would like to mention is the staff. They were amazing, hospitable, very kind, and supportive. I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was very clean, and we liked the breakfast as well. The location was excellent — just a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. Once again, I would like to thank the staff for their kindness.

Great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Istanbul. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. Will definitely come again to this place.

Pros: -Close to main tourist spots. -Attentive and helpful staffs. -Has towel warmer -Free breakfast is a bonus Cons: -Small space for 3 beds / 3 adults with luggages. -Has a sewage smell when u enter the lobby and staircase area. Overall it was a good stay. We were able to visit a lot of places and the hotel is close to everything, shops, restaurants and tourist spots.

The staff here are the real stars: patient, kind, and always ready to help. I was a huge fan of the heated towel rails and the premium-feeling toiletries! While the room was spotless, some furniture needs an upgrade; the power sockets felt a bit flimsy, and the bathroom vanity had seen better days. A few USB ports would also be a welcome addition. Overall, a great experience with excellent service!
