We were extremely disappointed with our overall stay at the Arts Hotel, Taksim. The inclusions in the hotel room were frugal and the cleanliness showed a wanton lack of attention to detail. The towels need replacing and those in our room showed signs of being rushed through a speedy wash without the adequate use of laundry powder(if any?). The pillows left a lot to be desired as they reeked with the smell cigarette smoke. The hotel rooms were noisy and our two nights stay were spent being mostly awake. The breakfast was the worst we encountered in our more than 2 weeks in Turkey. The cups and plates were mostly dirty and I found myself picking through a pile before finding an acceptable piece for my needs. The spread provided for breakfast was extremely limited (compared to other hotels with similar ratings) and anything other than the offerings incurred an additional fee. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

Yes, the outdoor music until 2:00 in the morning every night made it very difficult to sleep. The shower drain was clogged so that the water ran all over the bathroom floor. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Very well located. Just one block away from the public airport shuttle. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
