I appreciated the helpful staff, with excellent English for those of us who don’t speak German. Also, the always available coffee was great for my pre-dawn bird watching (which was excellent in the garden).
It’s a little bit out of easy walking to places like the train station, and beware that Uber availability is poor in Lucerne.

The cutest place, had everything we needed, scrumptious breakfast, within walking distance of town/train station/ restaurants/ public buses and very helpful staff. I hope to be back!!

The property is a lovely, large, old, solid, well-maintained home with pleasant outdoor seating. First and foremost, the staff (owner and “team”) are very pleasant, helpful, friendly! We were making an outing by boat and cog-rail and Isabel was very helpful with day passes, etc. Another time, had an issue with calling a hotel and Barbara was very helpful. A very calm environment, good breakfast, location easy to access by bus, quite close to main train station.

The Bed and Breakfast is top rate in our book in every imaginable way!! Isabelle and her staff run the Best B&B ever! Location (quiet, safe, and pretty.). Rooms are roomy and shared bathrooms are no problem since there are so many! Breakfast is delicious and the coffee/tea service 24/7 is great. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

Staff was friendly. Downside - breakfast was pricey for what was offered.
We were given a bus pass for the 2 days that we stayed making transportation a breeze. Buses arrived on time and very often.

Overall great place to stay. The staff is very helpful and kind. Our only complaint was the temperature. It was a rather warm few days when we stayed and the air conditioner in our attic room struggled to get the room to a tolerable temperature overnight. The staff did get us a small fan to use the next day which was very helpful, though.

Very quaint B&B in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of bathrooms to choose from and never had to wait for one. Barb and Gianna were very helpful, 1st time we walked to the B&B, but then we used Bus # 1
