Great location. Easy to walk to shopping, train and bus. Check in smooth and property manager very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in. Nice space. Only negative was the bath tub was very slippery and slightly raised off the ground so you had to be very careful. No AC but that seems to be common in Europe. Fans were provided

A number of repairs needed: kitchen sink faucet, stuck bathroom door, door handle fell out, screens in the windows (bugs at night). Otherwise the location in Lucerne was good - a few blocks from the river. The outside of the building needs cleanup and a lighted entryway for guests to feel safer.

Allotjat amb amics

Loved the location, having an elevator was super helpful, and the grocery stores were really close. The walk from the train station is also very short. Got a Luzern Visitor Card at the very beginning of the stay which was really useful. Overall nice stay, bit of a lack of pots and pans, plus minimal utensils but otherwise great.
