We first visited Hokkaido in 2005, and this time we joined a 1-day local tour through Klook. We are grateful for the great weather today, the well-planned itinerary highlights, and the relaxing pace. We plan to continue using Klook when we go to Okinawa next year. Also, our tour guide today, Jenny, was very attentive and a great communicator. Managing a group of 40 people today is no easy task, yet she handled it with grace and ease. Furthermore, Jenny has excellent language skills, being able to explain things clearly in both English and Mandarin (her native language) with a well-organized delivery that made it easy for us to understand. My wife and I give both the itinerary and Jenny a 5-star rating. Finally, thank you, Jenny, for leading today's trip. 🤝

Our tour guide Oscar was very informative and spoke to all attendees in Mandarin, Japanese and English very well. I can't recommend this excursion enough and highly recommend booking for middle of October to see the beautiful fall colours while the weather remains clear and mild. Lots of great photos opportunities throughout the day as well!

Hanna, the guide for me today, was very informative and attentive. Everything’s on time, credit to others in our group as well. Even it’s not the full red autumn, nothing disappointed me today. If you’re interested to join this tour, don’t hesitate, it’s really worth it!

We had a wonderful day trip exploring Noboribetsu Hell Valley, Lake Toya, Mount Usu, and the Bear Ranch. A huge shoutout to our guide, Lucy, who was so informative and went out of her way to help us get some wonderful photos. The sights were a real highlight and made for a fantastic day out. The only minor drawback was the transport, as the bus felt a bit cramped for a long-distance journey. Making the seating a bit more spacious would make the ride much more comfortable, but overall it was a really memorable experience thanks to Lucy and the amazing itinerary!

Si sou algú a qui li agrada prendre's el seu temps en un sol lloc, aquest tour no és per a vosaltres. És de ritme ràpid i permet visitar molts llocs en un sol dia. Agraeixo especialment els tiquets de descompte que les botigues et donen quan baixes de l'autobús. (Crec que era un tiquet de descompte especial per als que anaven en autobusos turístics). La Mila ens va explicar la història dels llocs que vam visitar i ens va recomanar llocs imprescindibles a Hokkaido.

Vaig fer el viatge amb Hide Cai. Em va agradar el ritme i els llocs eren els que volia veure. El guia turístic parlava bé l'anglès i va poder proporcionar informació valuosa sobre els llocs que vam visitar. El temps també va acompanyar avui i no vam trobar gens de pluja.

Today I joined the day tour led by Hikaru. The guide was very friendly and humorous 👍. The first stop was Jozankei Onsen; the leaves are starting to turn red and the scenery is beautiful. The second stop was Hoheikyo Dam, which was my favorite part of the itinerary. We were extremely lucky today with wonderful weather, and the photos turned out amazing! The third stop was Lake Toya Observatory, where we quickly picked up some souvenirs and overlooked the brilliant blue Lake Toya from above. The fourth stop was Showa-shinzan Bear Ranch. Due to time constraints and the attitude of "since we're already here," buying the ropeway ticket was an extra expense, but I highly recommend going up the mountain! We didn't have enough time to see the brown bears this time, saving that for next time ~ The last stop was Mt. Yotei Spring Water Park. Although we arrived at 3:40 PM and the sun was already setting, we managed to collect the 6.5°C spring water that our guide Hikaru kept recommending to take home 👍. Even though the time spent at each stop was limited, Hikaru introduced everything along the way in a humorous and relaxed bilingual (Chinese/English) manner, making the whole day's experience very pleasant! Vaig gaudir molt d'aquest tour i el recomano molt si voleu explorar diferents zones/llocs dins de Sapporo. Vaig gaudir-ne molt més que del tour de dia complet de flors de cirerer d'ahir. La nostra guia turística, Xixi, també coneixia bé la zona i agraeixo que emfatitzés l'hora de tornar al nostre autobús. També em va fer bones fotos. El temps també va ser agradable, cosa que va contribuir a la bona excursió. Potser hi tornaré amb la família i reservaré aquest tour de nou. Gràcies Klook 🥰

Ens va encantar la nostra excursió al mont Yotei de Hokkaido! La recollida i tornada a l'hotel va fer que tot fos molt fàcil, i la mida reduïda del grup va fer que fos relaxant. El nostre guia, Wei, va ser puntual i un conductor molt segur, així que ens vam sentir totalment còmodes durant tot el dia. L'horari no va ser gens apurat, cosa que ens va donar molt de temps per relaxar-nos i gaudir de cada parada. Recomanem molt en Wei i aquesta excursió!
