Tours de Great Barrier Reef

Great day tour at the Reef, we got to stop at 2 diving spots and my package also includes 1 helicopter flight. The operator also has a photographer, who helped you took underwater photos which you can purchased later (though it is quite pricey at $20/pic). Lunch is basic (steak, prawns, grilled fish, salad & pasta) but delicious, and the prawns were very fresh. What I wish could have been better is the helicopter flight announcement - it would have been better if they announced my turn roughly 10-15 mins before the flight took off, so I'd have enough time to change to normal clothes (I was snorkelling right before that). Also I believe if passengers are given at least 30 mins before departure to take motion sickness pills, it will work better. Some passengers on my trip took the pill but still got sick, maybe bcoz the pill did not have enough time to take effect (you gotta take it after breakfast, at least 30 mins before departure).

Una experiència meravellosa! Molt ben organitzat per a més de 100 passatgers, des de la seguretat, els seients, l'equipament fins al dinar i el berenar. Genial per a la nostra primera vegada fent snorkel, i el personal va ser amable. Malauradament, l'helicòpter va ser cancel·lat a causa del temps, però tot el demés va ser bo. Tot i que ens vam marejar molt (encara que vam prendre pastilles), va valdre totalment la pena!

I went on a snorkeling tour. It included boat transportation to and from the island, snorkeling gear rental on the island, and access to showers and a swimming pool there. For lunch, I had Thai food that I bought at the night market the day before. The snorkeling was truly wonderful. The water was very shallow, with lots of coral, and I saw turtles, stingrays, sharks, giant clams, and lionfish. There were many other fish as well. It was a bit cold due to the strong wind and lower water temperature, but I was able to warm up again on the sandy beach.

Experiència excel·lent! La Gran Barrera de Corall val la pena visitar-la! El vaixell Sunlovers era molt agradable en comparació amb altres vaixells. Els guies del SeaWalker i del Scuba Diving van ser excel·lents. També vam tenir la millor experiència de snorkel!

Gran excursió d'un dia a Daintree, tot i que tinc la sensació que l'itinerari és una mica precipitat. Vam tenir molt poc temps per parar al riu Mossman Creek i a Cape Tribulation (realment desitjava que tinguéssim més temps en aquests llocs). D'altra banda, em va encantar la cerimònia de benvinguda al país i la introducció a la cultura indígena local, va ser una experiència realment reveladora. El creuer pel riu i la passejada per la selva tropical també van venir acompanyats d'explicacions clares i d'un guia excel·lent.

I was worried about check-in and other procedures since I don't speak English, but I'm so grateful that there were many Japanese staff members who provided support. We were also blessed with good weather, and it truly became an unforgettable memory!

Nice island getaway with a relaxing vibe We joined a day trip to Fitzroy Island and overall had a nice experience. The boat ride from the marina took about 45 minutes, which was quite manageable. The weather in the days before our trip had been rainy, so the guide let us know in advance that the water might not be very clear. Even so, it was still enjoyable to spend time on the island and go into the water. The beach we were at had corals instead of soft sand, so it was a bit harder and more slippery to walk on, something visitors may want to be prepared for. We still managed to see a few fishes and corals while snorkelling. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant day trip, especially if you want to enjoy island scenery and spend some time by the water. I’d recommend bringing suitable footwear for the coral beach and managing expectations depending on recent weather conditions.
