This hotel is an older five-star property, but the staff are very friendly and kind. However, I want to clarify one thing: this hotel already offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. Please, do not be misled into paying an extra two hundred dollars for a hotel transfer service. Thank you.

El Terrace Hotel és el meu hotel de referència a Kuta, Bali. Com a surfista, m'encanta la seva proximitat a la platja, que és a pocs minuts a peu. També valoro tots els restaurants i serveis a poca distància. L'habitació de l'hotel és còmoda i el personal és amable i servicial. La meva única queixa és que la nevera de l'habitació no refreda prou, crec.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient spot and everything else was great. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, especially under the sink, where there was some mould and buildup. The sink also had a few cracks. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel.

The rooms are a bit dated, but I thought the large and deep swimming pool (160-165 cm) was fantastic. There is a coastal walking path in the back; unfortunately, it doesn't have direct access to the beach, but the sunset is still very beautiful. During my stay, the hotel happened to be hosting an event with evening performances and a small night market with food stalls, and the prices of the street food were quite reasonable.

Receptionist Al was very accommodating and enthusiastic even if I arrived at midnight. Pool was relaxing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had an incident in the bathroom that needed repairing, the technician came straight away and fixed it. Breakfast could be improved with more variety since it's a 4 star hotel, for example there was only 1 type of jam, and that was just high sugar jelly with no fruit. The swimming pool location on the ground floor next to the breakfast area wasn't ideal, but it was really clean and no one really used it so it was very nice.

great location near a mall and both local and fancy eateries. just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Hotel is clean. Room can be dark and you can hear corridor noise so consider that if you’re sensitive.
