El nostre guia, l'Alex, va ser fantàstic i va ajudar a fer fotos a molts de nosaltres. També va compartir informació sobre les atraccions que vam visitar, tant en anglès com en xinès. El temps assignat per a cada atracció també va ser l'adequat. Per a aquells sense transport, va valer la pena el preu.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!

En aquest viatge, tenim una guia meravellosa, la Liza! No només és molt clara amb les seves instruccions per a tothom del nostre grup, sinó que també té una veu agradable. El temps assignat per a totes les parades és suficient i tot el viatge és agradable, amb paisatges preciosos que vam poder capturar en fotos. La Liza sempre està disposada i preparada per ajudar-nos a fer bones fotos. També ens va recomanar un bon restaurant per dinar que servia àpats ràpidament i amb una bona relació qualitat-preu! La Liza parla japonès, xinès i anglès, i estem molt contents de tenir-la com a guia, ja que sens dubte fa que el nostre viatge sigui més agradable i plaent. En aquest viatge a Hokkaido, vam reservar tres excursions d'un dia, i aquesta va ser la meva preferida! El temps va ser fantàstic, i la nostra guia Habi era molt amable i simpàtica. Tot el viatge va anar molt bé. Vam fer fotos, vam passejar i vam menjar gelat i profiterols de la granja. Com que no volia menjar dolços per dinar, vaig triar un restaurant de ramen de la llista que ens van donar i vaig demanar el ramen de sal de Soya, que és una especialitat local i estava deliciós. Després de dinar, vam tornar caminant per visitar el supermercat. Al setembre es pot veure el mont Yotei, les herbes kochia, la lavanda i el pantà de Shinsen-numa. Les vistes i les experiències són molt riques i variades. Molt recomanable!
