En Gabe va ser increïble, tot estava ben explicat i fins i tot vam tenir converses informals sobre Taiwan. Va ser molt complaent i ens va fer bones fotos, fins i tot sabia japonès, cosa que va ser genial. Va ser un gran tour i ens ho vam passar d'allò més bé. Aquest tour és bo perquè no hi ha molts turistes i sí més locals, així que és tranquil i pacífic fins a Yeliu.

Vam gaudir de la nostra excursió d'un dia a Shifen, Jiufen i la pastisseria de pinya taiwanesa. El nostre guia, Jeff, va estar bé, però el tour va ser una mica apressat i ens hauria agradat tenir més temps a cada lloc. El conductor va ser molt amable i Jeff ens va cuidar molt bé durant tot el viatge. Tot i que el temps era limitat, vam gaudir de l'experiència en general. Gràcies per cuidar-nos!

Had an amazing day trip to Yehliu Geopark, Shifen and Jiufen with MyPro Guide on 1 September 2026. Our guide, Vincent, was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about each place we visited. He also made sure we had enough time to explore, take photos and enjoy the experience without feeling too rushed. The transportation was comfortable and the whole itinerary was well organised. Vincent also shared interesting information and recommendations along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Yehliu was beautiful, Shifen was a lot of fun, and Jiufen was definitely one of the highlights of the day. Having a private guide made it much easier and more convenient to visit all three places in one day. Overall, highly recommended MyPro Guide and especially Vincent if you’re looking for a convenient and enjoyable day trip from Taipei. Would definitely book with them again! 👍🇹🇼

We purchased tickets the day before and exchanged them on-site. There's an aquarium where you can enjoy the air conditioning. The show at the theater was longer than expected and featured professional diving performances. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it, and the kids learned even more about marine animals.

Volem expressar el nostre agraïment al nostre guia turístic, Jeffrey, que va fer tot el possible per oferir un servei excepcional durant tot el dia. És amable, divertit i increïblement enginyós, i realment va fer que el nostre temps a Taipei fos agradable i memorable. L'itinerari estava curosament planificat, amb una excel·lent gestió del temps a cada parada. Vam apreciar especialment el ritme relaxat, les petites passejades panoràmiques i les sorpreses delicioses al llarg del camí. Jeffrey també ens va ajudar a capturar molts moments meravellosos: vam fer moltes fotos i es va assegurar que tinguéssim grans instantànies per recordar el dia. El menjar a Jiufen era deliciós, i les activitats amb fanalets van ser un punt culminant, creant records duradors per a tots nosaltres. En general, va ser una experiència fantàstica de principi a fi. Recomanaríem molt reservar aquest tour privat amb Klook, especialment si teniu Jeffrey com a guia.

The museum was much bigger than I'd imagined. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

No esperava que la pluja fos tan forta durant el recorregut, però no ens va impedir gaudir dels llocs on vam anar. Tenia moltes ganes de veure Qintiangang, però no vaig veure gaire cosa a Grassland a causa de la boira i també feia massa fred. L'experiència del nostre conductor, el senyor Cheng, també va ser excel·lent. Vam gaudir-ne i sens dubte ho recomanarem.

The Carriage House is very special, and the kids loved it! The horses are well cared for, and horseback riding was a lot of fun. There's a lot of nature around the accommodation, and the kids had a great time catching insects. The staff were also very friendly and made the children feel very valued :)
