I booked this spa in Hanoi because multiple Japanese people recommended it. It turned out to be the best one. The reception staff were good, and the therapists were skilled. The facilities were also clean. The only slightly disappointing thing was being asked to write a Google review on the spot. I was planning to write a good review anyway, but if I have to write it right then, it feels like I'm obligated to give a good rating, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, it was so good that I wished I had booked this spa every day instead of trying others. Highly recommended.

They contacted me in advance via WhatsApp. I used their service hoping to at least get a shampoo before taking a late-night bus, but I was also able to take a shower. I could choose whether to have it at the beginning or the end. They asked about my preferred pressure, and the massage was thorough and very pleasant.

The Vietnamese Traditional body massage is very good for the relief of my body ache. Their service is good as is their ambiance in the private room for a couple. We have a great experience and highly recommend this shop.

Vaig tenir una experiència increïble en aquest spa! Vaig ser rebuta càlidament pel gerent (vaig oblidar el seu nom), que va ser increïblement educat i amable des del moment en què vaig arribar. La membre del personal assignada a mi, Van, va ser excel·lent. Constantment em preguntava si la pressió del massatge era còmoda i es va assegurar que estigués relaxada durant tota la sessió. També em va fer les ungles exactament com m'agraden: curtes, netes i senzilles. Va fer una feina fantàstica! Un altre membre del personal em va veure fent-me selfies mentre tenia els peus en remull en aigua tèbia abans del massatge i amablement es va oferir a fer-me algunes fotos. Va ser un gest tan atent que va fer la meva visita encara més especial. Gràcies de nou al gerent i a Van per fer la meva experiència tan relaxant i memorable. Recomano molt aquest spa!

I especially appreciated their flexibility with the booking time through Klook. My booking was originally scheduled for 7:00 PM, but they were kind enough to accommodate me at 4:30 PM instead, which was really convenient for my schedule. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good option if you’re looking for a clean and reasonably priced massage. Nothing exceptional, but definitely a decent place to try.

This spa is located inside the hotel, and the hot tea they offer is wonderfully sweet and delicious. However, I prefer a gentler foot massage, and the therapist's pressure was a bit too strong for me; it was quite painful. Those who enjoy a firm massage might like it here.
