I booked this spa in Hanoi because multiple Japanese people recommended it. It turned out to be the best one. The reception staff were good, and the therapists were skilled. The facilities were also clean. The only slightly disappointing thing was being asked to write a Google review on the spot. I was planning to write a good review anyway, but if I have to write it right then, it feels like I'm obligated to give a good rating, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, it was so good that I wished I had booked this spa every day instead of trying others. Highly recommended.

They contacted me in advance via WhatsApp. I used their service hoping to at least get a shampoo before taking a late-night bus, but I was also able to take a shower. I could choose whether to have it at the beginning or the end. They asked about my preferred pressure, and the massage was thorough and very pleasant.

I was looking for a massage and was pleasantly surprised when they accepted me as a walk-in at 6:50 PM in Krabi, just 10 minutes after I arrived without an appointment. They were able to communicate in English, and the therapist was beautiful, so I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reputable and affordable option!

The service was good and the massage was decent. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and the place was quiet and not too crowded. The price was also reasonable. I especially appreciated their flexibility with the booking time through Klook. My booking was originally scheduled for 7:00 PM, but they were kind enough to accommodate me at 4:30 PM instead, which was really convenient for my schedule. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good option if you’re looking for a clean and reasonably priced massage. Nothing exceptional, but definitely a decent place to try.

I had an amazing experience at this spa! I was warmly welcomed by the manager (I forgot his name), who was incredibly polite and friendly from the moment I arrived. The staff member assigned to me, Van, was excellent. She consistently checked if the massage pressure was comfortable and made sure I was relaxed throughout the session. She also did my nails exactly how I like them—short, clean, and simple. She did such a great job! Another staff member noticed me taking selfies while my feet were soaking in warm water before the massage and kindly offered to take some photos for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my visit even more special. Thank you again to the manager and Van for making my experience so relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this spa!

This spa is located inside the hotel, and the hot tea they offer is wonderfully sweet and delicious. However, I prefer a gentler foot massage, and the therapist's pressure was a bit too strong for me; it was quite painful. Those who enjoy a firm massage might like it here.

The Vietnamese Traditional body massage is very good for the relief of my body ache. Their service is good as is their ambiance in the private room for a couple. We have a great experience and highly recommend this shop.

I wanted to recognize this place—Lua was excellent 👌🏻. Good pressure and style, and they even asked what kind of skin I have, which is a big plus for me since I have sensitive skin. They put support under my feet, which anyone with back/body aches will really appreciate for extra comfort. They really took their time to do the whole process right
