此次的按摩體驗非常滿意。店內環境整潔舒適，氛圍安靜放鬆。按摩師專業細心，能根據需求調整力道，過程中不僅有效舒緩了長期的肩頸痠痛，也讓身心達到深度放鬆。服務人員態度親切，隨時關心舒適度，讓整體感受更加貼心。整體體驗令人愉快，會推薦給有需要紓壓放鬆的朋友，也期待再次光臨。另外需要注意有兩家店，雖然相距不遠，但不要跑錯家。

參與的是75分鐘的熱石按摩，有4種芳香精油可供選擇，技師的手法非常棒，環境整潔，下次還會透過klook預定。

第一次係男技師服務，全程服務舒服放鬆，舒緩了不少壓力，門外正在有修路工程！

環境舒適，交通方便！按摩師非常認真、親切，用心服務不馬虎，真心推薦！在河內要遇到好的按摩店很不容易（已經踩雷幾次很無奈）這家真的很棒！無論是技術、服務或是設備都是無可挑剔！下次再到河內一定會再訪！

今天飛回來河內、checkin飯店後，第一站還是想到 Orient spa 報到！半個月都跑出國玩讓我身體負荷不了了 ～ 還好今天服務我的妹妹，人瘦瘦的，但是技術一級棒👍真的很感謝她、我的肩頸和小腿又復活了！

massage was good, although for the hot stone massage we needed to wait for a little bit in between steps as they needed to heat up the stones. we ended up adding on a medicure and pedicure as well, which I thought was fantastic. it was very professional and well done, quality was very good and I would highly recommend. overall service was great and the staff were friendly.

Very satisfied with the service! As soon as you enter, a waiter wearing traditional Vietnamese Aude smiles and serves tea and slippers. After selecting the massage program and intensity, they will take you upstairs to a room where professional technicians will massage you. The technician's technique is skilled, and after the massage, I feel very relaxed in my body! After the massage, some Dim sum will be provided, which is very good! Next time I come to Hanoi, I will still consider coming here for a massage again!

The place was very clean and the receptionist were all very welcoming! It was also easy to book a timeslot with the place via klook.
